I topped it off with a little hot sauce and I was in all my low carb glory! Wasnt bad for a 7 carb meal!

    @RitaCeleste
    You know I asked if they had any normal roasted chicken, without all the junk on it and the woman told me that the one with seasoning was all they had. The thing that put me off from it was it said 1 carb per serving. Well, I dunno about the rest of you, but I cant take the chicken home and not eat the whole thing! So that would have been 8 carbs, none of which are comming from veggies. Krorger did have plain non seasoned chicken, but they didnt have any more hot ones and said they werent making any more! #$%^&*!

    And the canned meats is a great idea! Those were a staple food for me the first time around. I just cant eat tuna without some mayo and the mayo will spoil. I think there's a website where you can order individual packs of condiments. I might have to do that with the mayo....

    And I agree with you on not being a perfect dieter. I dont think you have to be perfect either. I wasnt perfect my first time around. Although I didnt cheat, not once. Until I decided, in my head, that I was stopping, I didnt cheat. Even then it took effort for a while to put the wrong things in my mouth. I cant believe I stopped to begin with.
    You know...the grocery stores have these little packets of chicken that you can put on Salads... Darn if I can think of the names.. Wonder if that would be enough chicken for you to eat...

    YAY on finding the veggies.. I think its cool that they can be cooked right in the bag and they come out perfect...

    Okay this is bad...But next time you are in a fast food restaurant I would take a few packets of Mayo...lol

    Great job on your dinner last night

      YAY! On finding better chicken! Too bad we don't have a Krogers here in small town USA. Luckily I'm down to half a chicken a day when I buy one. And Sandy is right, they do have canned chicken for chicken salads over by the tuna. I was telling someone that Tuna and Green Beans were my best friends when I want to loose weight. Any diet I've succeeded at had those on its menu. lol Getting some Mayo packs one way or another is a good idea. And I'm taking notes from you on asking about the carbs from now on!

      My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

      1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
      2nd mini goal: 140!
      3rd mini goal:135!
      4th mini goal: 130!

      I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

            Hey, Joe, welcome aboard! I think you are really doing well with this Atkins thing on the road. My dh is a truck driver and he has always had a hard time doing this WOL over the road. (Of course, you can't pull one of those big rigs into just any old place and eat.)

            I did want to mention that Wal-Mart has been known to get their meat in already cooked and they just heat it up. When they do that, the meat is sometimes injected with sugar water. Be sure to read ALL the ingredients!
