    party - a good person to ask is Julie. I asked her this once and she basically said that if you're hungry, your body is telling you it needs fuel and you need to give it fuel. I've been trying to find the post, but I can't. As long as you're sticking to plan and drinking your water, you should be fine.

      Good afternoon! It was a great weigh day-I lost 2 pounds and 6 inches this week! I was so pooped yesterday I didn't exercise at all, got to get after it, don't want to make a habit of being lazy, did that for too long. Have a wonderful weekend!

        good evening! i had a good day...a bit of stomach upset but nothing major...just feeling a bit under the weather. i know it's lack of sleep! in fact, my bedtime is 8 tonight...i have to get some zzzzzz's...

          Don't feel bad Tom is here, and I have been eating like crazy all day, and i'm still hungry....although it's all legal....and I know i probably hit 30 carbs today instead 25 in OWL rung 1, like i'm supposed to ......

              Hi everyone,
              checking in late due to work weekend...
              was very very good today... went to bed right away last night after getting home a little early for me... 11pm then got up at 6:30 walked, did my abs, push ups and got ready for work... (put uniform in car, made lunch, etc...) then went shopping with my daughter... it was soooo fun. started work at 1 pm... so glad I planned ahead with my food! Had lettuce wraps with chicken salad (so good) home grown tomatoes with cucumber and a dash of parmisan and salad dressing... yum! cheese stick and jello with whipped cream... this is a great WOE! feel very blessed today!

                Hi Everyone,

                We just got home from Simi Valley at about 11 pm and I thought I would go ahead and get in on the Saturday roll call. We weren't supposed to come home until tomorrow but we decided to leave a little early.
                I have to admit that I did blow it and ate some things I should not have, but I am not going to beat myself up over it. I will just simply pick myself up and start all over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                I am still gonna weigh in tomorrow and see what happens, hopefully I will not have messed myself up too bad.
                Hope you all are having a great weekend and I will "see" you tomorrow.
