      good morning yall!
      i worked out yesterday and it felt good...thanks for all the feedback on my wierd increased hunger lately. i think you are right it is from all the running.
      julirama, i am starting to lift weights with a trainer, and geez is that exhausting!! but in a good way, ha ha.

        Wow...not too many posts yet and I thought I was late!

        Morning all! Another hot day here, but I'm lovin in. Gonna go down and treadmill for a bit and do some ab crunches. Just finished a delicious muffin in a minute with added unsweetened finely shredded coconut. If you haven't tried it...and you love coconut, you are in for a treat.

        Glad to be back to some kind of a routine

        obkbbby...whats most important in my life is my health first and foremost for without that I am unable to take care and be here for those I love. Low carb eating has giving me my health back!

        speedyturtle...way to go on the push ups. I haven't done those in years. Thats my next challenge, perhaps for August if they have a push up challenge I will join. Right now workin on abs which seems to be getting easier .

        partytrouble...the weight lifting sounds appealling to me. I have a set of weights and some dvd's so I should really take a look at them for some guidance. I agree, its exhausting, but a good exhausting, not to mention the results you get...sheesh...just look at Julie and Joy to name a couple..

          Wow I slept in this morning! This is the latest I have slept in about 13 years! even more suprising is the amount of posts this morning most everyone else must have slept in too!!!!

          I was all confused and thought my official weigh in after the 14 day induction was today but it is actually tomorrow. I am excited to see how I did It probably wont be as much as I would have liked because I was bad this weekend and ate some things at the reunion picnic I should'nt have. I let myself fall back into a bad habit Today is going to be one of those pick myself up days and keep looking forward. I don't have any other option but to quit and I don't want to do that.

          So I hope everyone has a fantastic day and I am off to the treadmill, head down and trudging forward

              Good afternoon everyone, not morning anymore. Today is just a regular day. I have made it through this weekend cheat free...that's a goal in itself. Tomorrow is weight and measurement day...hope I do well.

                Morning all,
                Took a rest day today from exersize... (still working my 10 hour shift) Tom came today... finally... hope that will break my stall! Have been so good despite being surrounded by cookies, candy, pizza and ice cream... not even a little nibble! So glad for all my planning! My lunches are soooo delicious! It's wonderful to have all my little treats! and am really starting to feel good too. The more I push myself, the better I feel and the more progress I see I've made.
                Well, better get to WORK! I've got lives to save! lol!

                  I'm not too certain what "roll calls" are all about, but here I am.

                  I'm doing this for the second time, and it is working much better than previously. I think I know why, this time I already know what foods are allowed, it makes it easier to plan what I eat and I know what to stay away from.
