Goodmorning STACers...
I've been thinking about my "year" here. It will be a year tomorrow. It's the biggest goal I've ever stated and kept to. I feel wonderful, and how I achieved it was very classic, "one day at a time, just keeping my promises to myself"...
I am thinner than I've ever been. Been the same weight and size for 3 months now. I am doing things I've ALWAYS dreamed of, but still only "one day at a time"...
My weight has bounced up and down between these 3lbs...and now it's most likely muscle as I've gone up huge amounts in exercise and endurance training....
My eyes are now looking over the lip of this year and into my next year...which starts tomorrow! I want to wear those size 6 pants each month and take a picture. I want to be here all next year. I want to do this triathalon in sept. maybe run the half marathon in Feb, and do another triathalon in the summer....
I am excited about who I have become, a promise keeper! Living it one day at a time...that was my goal, and it's going to remain my goal. My body has taken it's time getting here, and maintaining this place. I respect my body and it's time table. I learned a long time ago to trust my body's time table and keep to the plan, the weight does take care of it'self, don't watch it every minute or it will frustrate the heck out of you! Get your eyes away from between your toes, and look at all you can get up and go do! Live life, if this is all about loosing weight, you could end up gaining it all back once you got impatient and quit, or slipped....
But it's about a low carb lifestyle, lived well and consistent!
