    Goodmorning STACers...
    I've been thinking about my "year" here. It will be a year tomorrow. It's the biggest goal I've ever stated and kept to. I feel wonderful, and how I achieved it was very classic, "one day at a time, just keeping my promises to myself"...
    I am thinner than I've ever been. Been the same weight and size for 3 months now. I am doing things I've ALWAYS dreamed of, but still only "one day at a time"...
    My weight has bounced up and down between these 3lbs...and now it's most likely muscle as I've gone up huge amounts in exercise and endurance training....

    My eyes are now looking over the lip of this year and into my next year...which starts tomorrow! I want to wear those size 6 pants each month and take a picture. I want to be here all next year. I want to do this triathalon in sept. maybe run the half marathon in Feb, and do another triathalon in the summer....

    I am excited about who I have become, a promise keeper! Living it one day at a time...that was my goal, and it's going to remain my goal. My body has taken it's time getting here, and maintaining this place. I respect my body and it's time table. I learned a long time ago to trust my body's time table and keep to the plan, the weight does take care of it'self, don't watch it every minute or it will frustrate the heck out of you! Get your eyes away from between your toes, and look at all you can get up and go do! Live life, if this is all about loosing weight, you could end up gaining it all back once you got impatient and quit, or slipped....
    But it's about a low carb lifestyle, lived well and consistent!

        One day at a time... this has been key for me. I am proud of the streak of 157 cheat-free days I have going... this has been accomplished one day at a time. I am feeling good from the healthy food I have been eating... one day at a time. I am happy about how much more fit I am now... getting there one day at a time. I am excited about living this WOE eating for the rest of my life... one day at a time.

        Patience and a cool head... so necessary to succeed!

          I'm a one day at a time girl too...although, I look into the future and see myself, slimmer, fitter and healthier. I don't have a deadline to get to where I want to be since I will be living this WOL for the rest of my life. As Jess said, we should listen to our bodies, they know best. The weight will come off at its own pace as long as we follow the plan.

                Jess, Congrats on your year anniversary tomorrow!! Your formula is a great one to live by..one day at a time, set goals, and keep your eyes on the prize.

                Mitzi, you look FABULOUS.

                Strudel, great job on 91 days! That is huge!

                I have been stalling this month, so have recomitted myself to exercise. 1 hour, 6 days a week for now, combo of running and elliptical. Willl add some swimming and biking this month as well. Swimming is such a great allover workout, but my form is not the greatest and I might need some coaching to be more efficient. I think exercise holds the key to ongoing wt loss. It is so easy to get caught up in what I am eating, but really working out is what works for me.

                Having said that, I have been cheat free since May 25 and feel great! Like some of you said yesterday, the eating part is not the struggle...it is the water and exercise part.

                    I feel pretty stupid today, but that's okay. Going to the dermatologist later for an all over cancer check. I've never done it before and I hope they don't find anything. Then tonight I'm getting my hair done. I'm hoping that my stylist thinks I look thinner. It might be day by day for me, but she sees me every 5wks and I want her to notice each time that I'm getting thinner!!

                      Yes, yes, and yes!! Exercise is so important, and it and water have been the hardest part for me. Sounds like you have a great plan, PT! And how exciting that you have a cheat-free streak going... Good for you.

                            Hey Sheepie, I'll do a new photo, up close if you do a photo at any distance....come on, we want to see you too! Not just me.
                            Party have you ever thought about doing a triathalon....now that I'm training for one, I love the change up in activities...and I am really refining my swimming stroke, and it's sooo hard to swim for 20mins...oh man! I did a whole minathalon today

                              GOOOOD morning!

                              Day three for me. I woke up with energy. First time in a looooong time for that!

                              I'm so inspired by you who have done a full year. I think the most I ever did was 6 months. I'm setting myself a 9 month goal, knowing that I will extend it when I get there!

                              So here's where I am, in terms of successes:

                              1. Met my water goals both days.
                              2. Strict induction both days.
                              3. No cravings.
                              4. Already in ketosis - woo hoo!

                              Today's big goal: start exercising.
