      Happy 1st Anniversary Jess!!!

      I will definately be here next year to wish you a Happy 2nd Anniversary. I'm really inspired by your level of committment and to your phyiscal fitness. Its such an accomplishment. I really admire your consistency.

          Happy Anniversary Jess!! It is no nice to hear such a controlled and calm voice when it comes to eating heathfully. It's so easy to become obsessive and stressed about food, whether it be overeating or changing you WOE.
          You are truly an inspiration. Thank you!!

              Just on my lunch break..downing my water again. Feeling frustrated because the scale is not moving and I've been at this for just under 2 weeks. Drinking at least 100 OZ of water everyday, doing everything by the book and BLAH! Just wish I could see some results...trying to hang in there!

                Oh, throw away that scale! Take your measurements instead, girly! I swear by it.

                  Feeling GOOD today... walked 3 miles at a clippin' pace, felt so much better...
                  STRETCHING... is one of my new goals... also discovered my new water bottle is 76 ounces! so will make my water goal easy to achieve
                  Have a busy day planned. Taking stuff to salvationarmy... did major house clean yesterday on my dad's room. He's moving in on Sat! so happy about that.

                      I'm having the same problem right now, been stalled over 2 weeks and i'm doing everything by the book, plus getting 80 oz of water a day, it's frustrating, but everyone here keeps telling me to hang on the the whoosh fairy will come over night and take a few pounds. Hopefully she visits tonight....hey, at least we are not gaining.
