    Good Morning Stacers!
    Dragging this am after a long work day yesterday... have a lot going on today... gonna go upstairs and do my C25k on the treadmill... later in the afternoon will do day 2 of slim n6... start it up video...
    Thanks Jess for all the motivational pictures! That's awesome!

      Eek! Still no sweetener? Your situation prompted me to re-order yesterday even though I have more than a quarter of a bottle left. Don't want to be caught without! I have a feeling that yours will come today... crossing fingers for you. Michelle (Blazing) named my pumpkin stuff... she calls it MUP (Mitzi's Ultimate Pumpkin)... cute! Good job on the skating... that is something that I have never been able to do. Really was quite embarrasing as a kid not to be able to, but I couldn't. And, I have never seen a spellcheck on here either... don't know that there is one.

      Liz, I can't believe you're starting Slim in 6! That is sooooo hard... you have been the exercise queen lately - I bow to you!!

        Hi all,
        I'm late again, I see. I feel better than last night but now I'm way behind on what I wanted to get accomplished on my 2 days off. I have to finish cleaning my room, do some more laundry, do those dishes, clean the living room, do homework, and EXERCISE! I also need to get a before pic and measurements taken for the halloween challenge. Tomorrow I have to substitute teach and then go to class for 6 hours. AAAHGH! Summer is really and truly over.

          Good Morning STAC'ers. I have had a busy weekend, but no cheats. I managed to get all my vegis is 3 days in a row

          Egg Foo Young is a new favoite and crustless Quiche or Fritata's are all ways to get vegi's at breakfast. I hate eggs and the vegis hide the egg's pretty well.

          Jess- Thanks for the inspiration. As I watched a video that a friend made of me last weekend it motivated me even more. What started this for me was a picture that my friend took of me..... Uggg I am huge in the picture- the funny thing is that I didn't feel huge in the mirror. I guess I got used to seeing myself up close. I have avoided pictures for the last 5 years or so. I know why. I can't stand to see my weight gain. It is shocking to see my self. My friends see me every day and are used to it..

          I am going to try to put a fat picture on the pantry, fridge, and freezers. I am also going to get a picture of a healthy weighted woman and put my face on it and place that right next to the fat picture. I think seeing my goal several times a day will help me attain it, and keep it in the front of my mind. Eventually I should start to brainwash myself that I can be that healthy woman.

            Hello All,

            First time checking in.

            Back at it this morning.

            Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Chicken breast in Frank's Hot sauce and Spaghetti squash with parmesan for Lunch. Drinking lots of water.

            I KNOW what to do. I don't know why JUST DOING IT is so hard some times.

              Welcome Rich,

              You'll be glad you are checking in here with us every day! I know I have learned alot about myself and what makes me derail myself. Well, I don't have ALL the answers...yet. But I keep on trying.

              Jess, thanks for the pics and the motivation. I find that I have alot of trouble with the Fall. I heard once that human instinct makes us feel hungrier this time of year. Back in Caveman days we fattened up to get through the hard winters and that instinct still remains strong in some of us. Doesn't help that ALL our birthday celebrations happen in the Fall never mind Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

              I also have complacency working against me. I have lost 20 lbs. - am half way - and feel really good...but I am afraid I will let things slip. The time is now to focus, and focus HARD.

              Liz, your quilts are gorgeous!!!!

              Everybody else, thanks for sharing! I need all this motivational stuff more now than ever!

                  Good afternoon folks just checking in as my little ones are "resting" I can't say Napping because they don't fall asleep anymore they just sort of have an extended time out ........ LOL It's my quiet time and right now I needed it! I have been reading through lots of old posts just getting more and more information. I had loaned my book to a friend over a month ago and just today finally picked up a new one. I am heading to the living room couch for some much needed reading time!!!!!!! It almost feels like getting together with an old friend!

                  Water so far today 40 oz ............ no crunches yet those are coming shortly!

                    You know Jess, there are so many people out there who are naturally thin but very unhealthy because they never do anything physical to keep their figure.

                    Then there are others like you who work at it everyday and inspire others to change their lives because of it. I'm so thankful I've met you here because you make me want to get up and do stuff!

                    Live life....that's exactly what I want to do with every minute I'm blessed with on this Earth.

                      Just keep it up, Rich. The hardest part is starting. You will be pleasantly surprised about how quick it will become second nature to you again, as long as you stay clean.

                        Lol...guess I'm the late bird here! Hope you are all drinking your water and eating legal! I know I will have a hard time keeping entirely on track since it is my B-Day week and I have tons of outings...

                          Good afternoon Jess, everyone,

                          Thanks so much for your constant motivation and care. I've been following your progress since you began this journey and it has truly been an inspiration to see the your amazing progress you've made. We all should take a page from your book.You are my 'Shero'.

                          Today is my 1st day re-starting and I feel great. I started gearing up a couple of weeks ago by using water as my only beverage. Water has always been my down fall, so one of my primary focuses is to get the water in, as well work this WOL!

                            I made it. I went to the gym, and worked my butt off, (well up I hope lol). 15 on the eliptical and a half hour toning circuit. Can't wait to get back tomorrow.

                                Well better late than never, right? I know I'm posting late, but I have been running around today. My twins turned 4 today, so I have been spending time with them since I'm at work tonight. My husband made them a strawberry cake, and he's not saving me any. We'll be actually celebrating this weekend since it was a school day for my other 2.

                                I think when I'm off work again tonight, I will *wog* on the golf course again. I've loaded new songs onto my MP3 player. To me music = motivation!!!

                                I have not cheated today, nor have I thought of it. I have been drinking my water, lots of it, I'm keeping Scott Tissue in business, that's for sure! LOL!!!

                                Jess- you are so inspiring, and in every picture you're smiling, ready to take on the world! I want to thank you for making this all look easy. You have given me strength when I needed it, just reading some of your posts can totally turn around my attitude. Thank you.
