    Hi all. I'm here. Just woke up about half an hour ago. Not feeling so great. I'm going to have my breakfast and if I have time after it digests, I'll do my 1 mile walk. I have to work at the restaurant from 6pm-4am tonight, and I don't want to.

      Hello everyone! Late check in for me today it's been a crazy run errands all day kind of thing for me ........... Lordy I hate those days! Anyways I flubbed up my no weigh challenge so I'm out of that one but trying to not weigh again from now till Wednesday just to make myself finish what I began .......... I am supposed to do my counch potato run today but it's low 90's here and while thats not bad for a lot of you for us it's HOT and I know I couldn't run in those temps .......... I am going to wait for evening to see if it cools down some and if not then I will get up early tomorrow and run ............ speaking of running early tomorrow Miss Jess!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited for you and I hope everything goes wonderful! Get to the doc and have that finger looked at will ya????? I can't wait to hear your news after tomorrow!

            Yeah!!! Day seven...I made it have way through. I've restarted over a hundred times and now I finally feel like I am back on track!!!

              I'm a late poster today, took all day to decide if I was going to share my blunder. Last night I ate not one but TWO, breaded fried steaks. God they just smelled so good as my son was cooking them, and there were a couple left over after everybody else had eaten. I was going to fry me a burger, and something over came me and I heated up a plate with two of the fried steaks on it. I'm not going to stress over it, I'm back on plan today. I'll wait a few days to check my ketostix or weigh (well maybe not, maybe I need to face up to what I did). The only thing I can do differently is to make sure I keep coming back. It used to be when I'd have a slip like that, I'd be too embarrassed to share, so to avoid pretending like all was well I just didn't come back for awhile, which eventually led to returning to my old carb laden ways. I do have a question though. I kept my carbs around 15 today, reasoning that getting my average back down to the right level will help more in the long run, but I could be wrong there, any thoughts
