Hi all. I'm here. Just woke up about half an hour ago. Not feeling so great. I'm going to have my breakfast and if I have time after it digests, I'll do my 1 mile walk. I have to work at the restaurant from 6pm-4am tonight, and I don't want to.

RE-START - 8/27/07

I'm not going to stress over it, I'm back on plan today. I'll wait a few days to check my ketostix or weigh (well maybe not, maybe I need to face up to what I did). The only thing I can do differently is to make sure I keep coming back. It used to be when I'd have a slip like that, I'd be too embarrassed to share, so to avoid pretending like all was well I just didn't come back for awhile, which eventually led to returning to my old carb laden ways. I do have a question though. I kept my carbs around 15 today, reasoning that getting my average back down to the right level will help more in the long run, but I could be wrong there, any thoughts
