    Happy Monday STAC'ers. I missed you guys over the weekend. It has been hectic around here. I will read through the posts to get up to speed.

    I had a clean no cheat weekend. I haven't weighed myself lately, but I will try to tomorrow am.

    My daughter is home sick still. Now she has Pink Eye as does the neighbor kid and many students at her school.

      Congrats on the cheat free! It's so hard not to have "just one" of that treat that you don't think will hurt. I'm the queen of the tasters. But I don't let it throw me off track. Like stepping on a loose stone, your foot might slip back, but you keep walking forward. Easier on the willpower when you don't cheat but some of us are strong of will and weak of power.

      Indeed, not enough carbs can be as bad as too many. It's not how few you can get, but how close to 20 you can get without going over 20. Making sure you get a minimum of 1 cup leafy greens is pretty important. I try to have either a chef salad or side salad a day. Not always successful, but I know when I'm having a "mini" stall, I can usually associate it with a lack of leafy greens. The other two cups of veggies can come from any other induction friendly veggie, but get at least one cup leafy greens. Your veggies should be the bulk of your carb intake. The rest from cheese (on induction). And a minimum from "sugar" (Splenda)

        I gotta run, just wanted to check in and get going again. I have missed you guys and our chats so much. It feels really...really good to be home.

            Good Afternoon everyone! It feels good to be able to get back here read up and report in .. it was a crazy busy weekend and I haven't been able to sit down and log in at all! Thank-you all for your birthday wishes and encouragement to stay true to this WOE ......... I have to be honest and say I cheated but I didn't go hog wild and stayed away from sugar ....... I did have my corn on the cob infact I ate three peices!!!! But no cake and no ice cream and I was right back on track Sunday with induction and today as well cheat free! I had allready failed the no weigh challenge miserably so I weighed in this morning adn was excited to find myself down another lb ........

            Evermind I look forward to reading what you post everymorning you seemt o ahve such a wonderful attitude and it inspires me! Congrats on hitting your water goal, it one I struggle with everyday!

            Meena I hope you get to feeling better, is it a bug????? I hope not becasue I hate the way they creep through the family! UGH!

            Jess I wanted to say again how inspirational it is to hear about your success on Saturday! I keep wondering if someday I might be able to share something as exciting! Yeah for you!!!!!! How are you doing now???? Are you feeling completely wiped out or are you ok????? I don't know how these things work so sorry if my questions seem ignorant? Is there a recovery period???

            Sandy Hugs on the coffe pot ordeal but High fives to hubby for pulling through! Hang in there on the whole scale thing! Your body sounds like it's protesting the loss and holding on but sooner or later it has to give in and then Swoosh there it will go!!!!!!! Keep on keeping on girl!

              Thanks.. That is what I kept telling myself today as I was cleaning the kids snack drawer out and seeing all the yummy things.. I said if I eat that it will mess up the Whooshie I am expecting any day now..lol

                Thanks.. I have been good today.. I have been busy cleaning things that have needed to be cleaned for a while. that is the BEST thing about this WOE..is housework gets done...lol

                    Checking in late today. had a pretty good day, was sick all weekend. Sinus pressure triggering off a migraine (not fun) could not eat much of anything. SOOOOOOOOOOO much better now. am going on a 3 day work trip. I seem to bounce back from sinus infection/trouble much faster now than I used to. Am going to attribute that to this WOE
                    guess it wasn't what I was eating but that I was sick that made me so sluggish. Still reread my book and am actually being a good turtle after all Have a happy week
