    Good morning, everyone! Another Monday morning.

    I've got lunches packed, am waiting for my coffee to heat up, and then I'm going to try to do something to my hair.

    I had a really relaxing weekend, and wish I had one more day to veg, but, alas, I don't, so I will pull it together and have a great day. I wish the same for you!

    Morning, I will get my water in today. had a rough weekend my whole family is sick. Upper resp junk. I went way over my carb allowance so gotta bunker down this week. Back to my friend fit day. I did the walk a mile dvd last night, good to be exercising. So back on track and ready to face the week.

      Hey evermind and speedy,

      Speedy, i feel for you, my little one was sick this weekend with asthma attack and ear infection, and now i'm home sick with it...ear was aching this weekend, but didn't think too much of it...this morning they are killing me, so i'm waiting for 8 oclock to roll around to make an appt with dr....it is hard to stay on track when everyone is sick.....hope you all are feeling better.

        GoodMorning all...up early again ,although don't go back to work until tomorrow. Already got my walk in this morning...25 Mins...so humid out...expecting rain today. Gonna runs some errands today...bank..gas up the car and so forth..clean house some...and then I already feel a big "NAP" coming on! Wish I could get my inner clock in order!

        Have a great Monday everyone...off to have my OMM..can't start the day without it..that and Coffee of course!

          Good Morning everyone! Sounds like this upper resp garbage is everywhere it is going through my crew as well Livy woke up in the night crying her ear hurts too so I am calling the docs in a few to try and get her in ............. I stayed on track all weekend but am up 2 lbs this morning .......... not sweating it though just trusting it is water retention and will come back off! I have to scoot lots to do this morning but will get back to catch up on the weekends posts and see how everyone is doing a bit later today!

            Good morning everyone. Im off work today, so my plans are to keep getting well. Sorry to hear so many people have the stuff I have. Hope you all get to feeling better really fast. My goal today will be to get my water in, failed miserably yesterday.

              Good morning everyone. Today is my first official day back after a 5 month break. I haven't really gained but I haven't been able to lose either. I have my last 10 lbs to lose and I'm starting induction. I will try not to weigh myself until the end...(which will just kill me) Today I will drink at least 64 oz of water.
              2 questions: should I be starting induction with 10 lbs to go? atkins breakfast bars ok during induction?

                  Well this week HAS to be better than last week! Doesn't it?

                  Its rainy and gloomy and matches my mood. Lots to do this week I just need some co-operation from others!

                  Well I'm not SICK and that seems to be a plus here.

                  LOLA....go to www.tickerfactory.com for the ticker and I would NOT advise the Atkins bars on induction or any other time. They seem to be a major cause for stalling for a lot of people on the board.

                      Good Morning Everyone!
                      Well, worked all weekend now I have 2 days off! yeah! I have to get ready to have the football team over for dinner on Thursday, tomorrow is my quilt day so I'm trying to get everything done today! I have a busy day ahead, with house cleaning and shopping.... Thought I'd make carne asada 'make your own' burritos... but don't have much help so it's going to cost a small fortune plus a ton of work...
                      feel like rolling over and going back to bed now! lol.
                      but, gonna go run and then do sn6.

                        Good Morning Everyone,

                        I am Re-re-re-starting today. I was wondering if it was okay if I start checking in here everyday. (I read this thread everyday anyway...LOL) Got everything planned and packed. Have already got through 2 bottles of water (32 oz!!) and have all my legal stuff packed. Headache (sugar & caffeine withdrawal) should be here in an hour or two, but I'm sticking to it. Hope everyone has a great day!!

                          Gm everyone I just wanted to check in real quick and say hi. I joind the adbb presidental fitness challagne today and logged in my first points. This will be a good way to hold myself accountable to get my 30 minutes treadmill time in each day. Well I have tons to do todays so I better run.

                            Atkins bars are a no way during induction. If you only have 10 pounds to go, why would you want to restart induction? Just wondering.

                            That's cool lc_angel_08 about the pres. challenge. I joined too and have already completed 3 stars!! I can't believe how quickly it went too--and SUPER easy. It's fun getting in some daily exercise even though I constantly forget to log it at the site--lol. I keep it all written down here at home on a pad by the computer and I never remember to log until I see the new weekly thread by jimmie.

                            I'm sorry to hear so many of you are ill or have family members who are ill. I hope it doesn't come creeping this way for a while but I know with wacky weather comes all the fun stuff.

                              Good morning all..feeling like cr*p this morning because I didn't resist the chinese pork fried rice last night...I was feeling sorry for myself...this morning, I am TOTALLY aggravated with myself...Went to the gym though and I am going to start logging in EVERYTHING in fitday again...I got sloppy, and this is what happens...Have a LEGAL day y'all
