    Good Morning STAC'ers,

    Welcome Home to the new folks. I think you will like it here.

    I have another carzy busy day ahead. I plan on training today. I will most likey do some kind of strenght training followed up by 30 minutes of lap swiming with my husband this evening.

    My calf is still sore from the charlie horse that woke me up yesterday.

      Hi to everyone on here. It's good to see everyone continuing to strive and still losing.

      I've been MIA for a while now, moving and trying to get settled. So now I'm not working, I can sleep in later, and it's getting later and later. The days are cooling which makes exercising easier.... well, somewhat anyway. Hope everyone has a good day!

        OK my morning was crazy but my day has slowed a bit now and I can relax and read a bit ........ I am sending out get well vibes to everyone who's not feeling well right now it totally stinks to try and stay on the WOE excercise and be sick all at the same time! So just keep on keeping on folks good health is on the way!!!!!

        I bought a bunch of veggies this weekend and have been making all sorts of recipies ........ I made loaded Cauliflower, stuffed peppers, meatloaf, stirfry and a veggie soup .......... I am on extended induction but giving serious thought to trying to move into OWL ....... It scares me but I am thinking if I totally don't do well I can always back up to induction again ...... right?

        Can someone explain or point out to me where to get the best information about how to move into OWL? Whats first how does it work what do you reccomend ect ........ I never made it to this part last time and so I am clueless. Thanks in advance for your help!

          Hello everyone. Isn't it a wonderful day!!! I am even a bit later than usual. I am on a mission to clean up not only my act but my house too. I have let both myself and my house get off track for over a year. I know I can do neither one by myself so thats why I come here and I have have joined the Fly Lady. I got my first Fly Lady Mission this morning to clean off my dresser in the Master bedroom . Not such an easy thing to do since I have been using the top of the dresser for a closet. If anyone else would like help cleaning their house , why not take a look at Fly Lady's site at www.flylady.com.

            Linda I ahve done fly lady over the years but often get overwhelmed with the amount of emails they send out .......... I love to check the site though when I need inspiration and take on a chore or two! Good luck to you!

              hrgillespie check out the OWL forum right under extended induction. There are about a zillion stickies in there explaining OWL and how to move up properly.

              Good luck with it and congrats on deciding to plow ahead! Onward and upward is what I say!!

                a little late today but was a rough day at work. intended to go to the gym after work but it is almost 8pm and ate lunch back at noon, so will refuel and instead work out tomorrow. very excited to try the swimming that jess has recommended!!

                  meena-beena, I don't know what to do for my last 10 lbs. I've been stuck since february! I've been completely discouraged, but have managed not to gain back what I've lost. I figured induction would be a way to start up again. I just re-united with my long lost love, the atkins breakfast bar - but everyone tells me we need to break up again
                  anyway, i don't know how else to drop my last 10 other than induction again. I mean if i lost more, I'd welcome it, you can never be too skinny..(lol - just kidding about that - the old fat girl mentality kicks in!)

                  any suggestions?
