Re: Gain
I always make sure I weigh first thing in the morning, after I use the bathroom , before I eat or drink anything and without clothes. If I weigh at night I am always up like 4-5 lbs. Also, last week around my TOM I was up 3lbs.
Good luck!

I remember you talking about buying a new scale...did you buy one?? If so maybe that is the problem. Just a thought. Sounds like a good plan to cut out the peanut butter & see what happens!
Just hang in there and don't pay much mind to the stupid scale. It'll all come off, I promise!

*any* change in your exercise
routine - be it more exercise or different exercise can throw your weight
for a temporary loop.

an extra 14,000 calories. If you didn't do that, then what you're seeing is transient. Nothing more. Nothing less.
I know. I'm up again this week (reminds me, need to change my siggy) - and it's disheartening
, but if we remember to take the emotion out of the equation and keep it logical, it's at least bearable!
Keep on keepin' on!
Soooo, I may have to sneak a new one.
