      Ah, don't we all, Speedy!

      I suddenly realized this weekend that I hadn't even LOOKED at my yoga tape. And I'm still struggling with water.

      That's why I love goals. They are something you aim for.
      Start date: 7/29/2007

      Scale: SW:235 CW:193
      GW:150

      Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

      Mini goals:
      215 - met 9/10/07
      205 - met 10/17/07
      195 - met 2/20/08
      180

      I survived a two-month stall!

        My October Goals .........

        * Drink 64 ounces of water a day!
        * Succeed at all my challenges!!!!
        * Do 30 minutes on the Eliptical 4 times a week (min)
        * Lose 5 lbs
        * Get a tape measure!
        * Get my toe fixed so I can run again!



        Report as of 10/15

        * successfully drinking my water everyday!
        * working on all my challenges
        * doing my Eliptical everyday till tomorrow then 17 days off
        * lost 4.4 so far so on track!
        * finally got my tape measure this morning!!!
        * toe surgery tomorrow!

          Well I made all my goals for today. I have already drank my 8 glasses of water my squats and crunches are done for the day and I racked up 349 points towards my presidental fitness goal ( I need 235 a day to make my goal) Can I take a nap now? lol

                We can do this, it is for our health! Yes, after 3 days I already feel better!

                Half-way through the month and just reporting my progress so far!
                Getting in the exercise, although I could see doing more!
                Still going strong - day 16 and really feeling great! Little nausea and feeling warm at times, but it's getting better!
                Staying positive - yes because I know this is best for me and I can do this - eat healthy, stay active and get that water in!

                      HAHA - NO! It says 1000 minutes. Although that would certainly get me to goal faster!

                      Thats only a bit over 16 hours of exercise for the month so for the challenge I thought that might be doable. So far - good!

                        Oh, man, thin! I tangled my brain in KNOTS yesterday,trying toi figure out how many hours in a day you'd have to have been working out! lol. My bad.
