Well I made all my goals for today. I have already drank my 8 glasses of water my squats and crunches are done for the day and I racked up 349 points towards my presidental fitness goal ( I need 235 a day to make my goal) Can I take a nap now? lol
1. Get 1000 hours of exercise in.
2. Started LC again on 10-1, will still be going strong on 10-31
3. Stay positive!
We can do this, it is for our health! Yes, after 3 days I already feel better!

Half-way through the month and just reporting my progress so far! Getting in the exercise, although I could see doing more! Still going strong - day 16 and really feeling great! Little nausea and feeling warm at times, but it's getting better! Staying positive - yes because I know this is best for me and I can do this - eat healthy, stay active and get that water in!
