Good grief, guys! We aren't trying to send people to the moon, here. We're creating a new relationship with food and embarking on a new way of living. It's not an exact science that will fall apart if we deviate by 5 carbs of veggies, or 3% points of fat.[/QUOTE] So well said. My thoughts exactly!!
My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.

Everytime I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desires, build up my injured ego, or dull my senses, I will remember,
That even though I overeat in private, my excess poundage is there for all the world to see.

--YOU ARE SPYING ON ME!!!! LMAO. My dishwasher is so full of dishes and my sink is crying from the strain of all the breakfast stuff that still needs washing. And my room....................

Ok, sorry for the thread hijack--I blame evermind for offering to send me to the moon and then saying NO.
