So this weekend turned out badly for me. Personally i had a blast i got to spend time with the man i love and adore with all my heart and i got a lot of laundry done and generally had a very good, happy weekend. But Friday night i was out very late. The had to get up very early saturday and go to a football fundraiser breakfast. All you can eat pancakes and sausage. Well i ate 4 sausages. i think they were loaded with sugar. I came home exhausted and made some scrambled eggs that turned out wonderfully but did nothing to fill me up(sure it was the damn sausages coupled wit exhaustion) Drank some water in the hope it would fill me up. Had to got to a football game and ended up forgetting to take water. Got sunburned and even more tired and came home and was starving. Craving sugar and starving and thirsty and tired and sunburned. Could find nothing fast and easy and ate a piece of cheese. Did nothing for me. Sugar cravings are going through the roof at this point so i think "ok i will make just a bit of whipped cream to satisfy" Never again I tell ya. That set off a chain reaction eating binge. i did not eat any carb laden food but i went back for seconds and thirds on the whipped cream and ended up eating a lot. Gained all the weight back that i had lost in the past week too. i am not going to weigh in officially for another couple of weeks because TOM is particularly cruel to me and i can expect to hang onto this weight for at least 2 in not 3 weeks before i will see any loss below my 188 low. Right now at least as of yesterday morning i am sitting at 190 again
Anyway, i know that continuing to post here will help me get back on track. So that is why i did.

But life has completely gotten in the way the past few days. i meant to go last night but did not have time because BF had a flat tire and i had to go help with that but we went out for hot wings for dinner so i did ok with my food. i am hoping to have a bit of spare time this evening to run to the store and perhaps precook some food for the reast of this weekes lunches. One of my biggest issues with cooking and grocery shopping period is meal planning. I rarely have a list and when i do i never buy everything i need to actually prepare all my meals so i end up at the store almost everyday for something and then i over buy and it's seriously a problem.If anyone has a surefire weekly meal plan and grocery list to go with it i will love you forever and ever
