    I don't have my photoshop up and running on this laptop so I took a stab at making something simple with microsoft photo editor.

    What do you think--if you hate it that's ok, just let me know if you were thinking something else.

      I love it, Meena!

      And I'm proud to report that I can actually DO that pose.

      Of course, my feet aren't in the air and they don't go backwards, and my chest is on the ground, not up. But my head can DEFINATELY do that thing, facing forward.

      I think it's a keeper. Looks perfecto.

      OMG, I just did my 60 min, and let me tell you, never in my LIFE have my legs and hips been this tight. WOW. Must be the running. That's the only thing that's changed. Well, yoga will certainly get me back some looser hips and hamstrings!

        Neat pose.

        It was really weird the other day, I was holding a standing pose and all of a sudden I felt really sick. Two hours later I was throwing up, the yoga told me I was sick before I did It really does teach you to listen to your body.

        I like the mini challenge here too, I'm new so I'm still learning the boards. I do Yoga every morning before my walk to strech and a three times a week I spend about an hour. What I really want to work on is the flexiablity, but I'm not sure how to chart that .
