    Good morning STACers!

    I had an incredible day at work yesterday. My staff did SO much for me for Bosses Day; got me a plant, took me to lunch and got me gift certificates to the movie theater and my favorite restaurant. They are an awesome group! It made me feel so good.

    I'm still cheat free! Scales haven't been moving the last couple of days, but that's ok. I know I'm doing the right things and sticking to the plan. Inches are coming off and the scale will get down there as well. The main thing is that I continue to feel SO GOOD; not only physically, but mentally. I can't let myself get discouraged about the 'number'...it just isn't the most important thing! Being true to myself and my will is way more important...it gives me confidence and power.

      G'day all. I have had a great day. I just finished my 2nd university degree!! My first was a teaching degree and the latest one is in Human Resource Management. Yay!! I swear I'm a sucker for punishment - so over studying and working. Now I will finally have some time to take care of myself, cook lots of yummy Atkins-friendly recipes and exercise, exercise, exercise.

      Way to go Huggija! Sounds like you have some great staff and that you are a great boss.

      Off to bed shortly. Have a spectacular day.

          Just checking in before I put my nose to the grindstone. I had a successful Atkins day yesterday and plan on having another one today. It's gym day so I have that challenge ahead of me, but I don't think it will take me too long to get back into looking forward to going. Just hard to get back to it when you've had your schedule all messed up for over a month. At least I can look forward to a structured schedule again.

            Good morning, all! Congrats on various goals, pounds lost, and good days! Back in the classroom on a normal schedule today, so hopefully my kids won't be bouncing off the walls! Hope everyone has a great day!

              Good morning everyone!!! I've been doing Atkins-ish for the last couple days, but not being strict with myself with the 20g carbs per day stuff... I need to get into doing that now so I know my ccll... and can go through the various rungs...

              but weight is coming off so I'm happy

                Hey everybody...Things sound like they are just buzzing along for everyone. I am feeling good....not sleeping at all right now, because of the trip, I think....so it's making for long nights, and a bit later start in the morning...Off to a job interview this morning, that should be interesting, it's working in the fitness industry....

                  Hey everyone! I'm making gains in the water intake with the new water bottle I got and keeping it filled! Lost 1/2 lb yesterday into today and I'll take it. Picked up some good snacks so I shoudl be set for the day.

                  Off to make those cheesecake pancakes because my kids will eat them too!

                    Morning everyone. I have tiredness going on this morning but it's nothing a good morning workout won't cure. I found a great yoga program on my exercise on demand channel that I kinda went through last night with the kids as a dry run. It's a yoga bootie type thing so it works your rear and throws in some yoga for good measure. I have to tell you the scenery is STUNNING. I was watching the program and thinking to myself--I'd DIE to just sit on that grass and watch the view. I think it was shot somewhere in India?? Not sure but it's definately beautiful and very inspiring.

                    I'm planning to get in my water and keep my eyelids open today--lol.

                      Good Morning! Wow, everyone is up early and ready to get going on the day!

                      I was up early, my job just keeps me from my "play" time here!

                      Weight the same again, but I'm still cheat free...I think I've added in too many rungs but still keeping at the 20g mark. I also had an hour long weight/strength session at the Y last night which should have been good for burning something off! but...no....lol

                      My menu yesterday was:
                      b- two turkey burgers
                      l-two turkey burgers w/broccoli/cauliflower mix (yes I get stuck on the same things to bring into work sometimes, which I don't mind)
                      Dinner - two tilapia filets with broccoli/cauliflower mix
                      1st snack - 6 almonds
                      2nd snack - small slice of LC pumpkin cheesecake with whipped cream (beachgirl's recipe)

                      We are already through half of the week! Enjoy the day!!

                        Good Morning Everyone.. I was naughty yesterday and ate a bowl of Raisin Bran.. its killing my stomach last night and today.. Won't be doing that again...

                        I already did my water aerobics this morning it was a tough workout...

                          Good morning everyone! So far I'm having a good day, other then being a little tired from going to bed late last night. Had a decent day yesterday but didnt get as much done as I hoped.

                          Had a cheat free day yesterday which made me proud because I've been so bad lately, went to the grocery store on my way home last night and bought plenty of foods that I can bring to work with me and snack on when I need something. So I'm confident I'll lose the 3lbs I've gained back from cheating this past weekend and hopefully a few more to make goal by the 31st.

                          Everyone have a wonderful Wednesday! I'm so glad this week is going by fast!

                            Hope everyone has a great day today! Yesterday was so busy with meetings I feel like I got nothing accomplished, but I know that I'll be able to take care of a lot of the stuff that's been hanging over my head today Also, I'm proud that even with all these meetings going through lunch, I haven't touched the cookies or bread that everyone else is having!

                              Day 9 for me on Re-Induction. I'm feeling great and following Atkins to the T. Down five pounds for the first week of induction. I'm going to be posting vegie recipes this week for the vegie challenge coming up next week. Wishing everyone a fantastic legal day!
