Good morning everbody! It's the middle of the week, so close yet so far to the weekend. This is how I am feeling about my journey at the moment. I seem to be taking 2 steps forward and 2 steps back with my weight loss. I had a great first week and now in my 3rd week the scale shows my weight increasing some days and then other days I just plateau. I am trying to convince myself I am gaining muscle from my weight training and toning exercises (fingers crossed!).
So I am going to give myself the same advice I would give someone else - chill out and keep going.
