Ok - so I have been on this WOE for nearly 3 weeks and have been quite strict. However, the last few days I have had very distinct sugar cravings. It probably didn't help that my students were graduating which meant watching many celebrations involving lots of high carb foods. Today I couldn't take the cravings anymore and went and bought an Atkins bar. It was so delicious and satisfied the cravings I had without me wanting to go on a binge. I know that most people are very against these types of products, but I would appreciate some honest feedback on how much I have jeopardised my progress.
