    Good Morning STAC'ers,

    I survived yet another food show. My eating sucked yesterday and I was up sick at 3 am. Needless to say I am going to be back to induction for the next 2 weeks- untill the food shows are over. I did okay at the show- but went on a binge after I got off the plane at 7 pm I was ravenous... I ate clam strips and breaded shrimp for dinner- I am ashamed of my self.... Lack of planning got me again! UGGGG!

    Today is another day and thankfully it is Friday!

      I can't believe its 2 pm already and I havent done much of anything the last 2 days I have just been feeling yucky not realy sick but tired and zero motivation to do anything. Maybe its the weather its been raining alot dark and dismal and realy cool. I think I am just going to take the day off today do a little cooking I have the grandkids this afternoon and evening. I have really been sleeping late the last few days 2 so I am going to try hard to not take a nap today and get to bed early.

      Fatactress thats great you resisted eating that pie
      Gr thats great getting to the gym this week 3 times I know i haven't been going to the gym as much as I used to but I have been working out at home

        Good Afternoon everyone.. I have been so busy today its My daughters birthday...she is 15 and my husband and I have been shopping.. We were out shopping from 8-2...and I cheated.. I was so hungry I felt like I was going to get sick.. I ate a double cheeseburger...the bread and all... The second one I ate just the meat..cause by then I was in the car and feeling so shaky.. I will NOT let that stop me.. I have to be in control tonight...

          Sometimes we need to decompress and take some "us" time. I know that the weather can affect my moods. When it's dark and dismal out, I feel dark and dismal. Sucks don't it. Have fun cooking and being with the grandkids! And thanks for the pie comment. Yeah there are a lot of things I can resist when it comes to bakery. My dad was a baker and sometimes we didn't have food to eat he would bring home bakery and we'd eat bread and brownies or coffee cake and donuts! No wonder we're all fat! Anyway because of that, I'm not a big pastry fan, it's not my weak point. However there are a couple things I find hard to resist, pumpkin pie is the big one. Especially since it was also part of a tradition of my son and I eating it together on his b-day. I must say however, he didn't seem to mind at all that I wasn't eating it!!! LOLOL!
