Good morning everyone! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
I'm sure everyone is looking forward to the weekend; I know I am. I'll have a big challenge tonight, as we're going to my niece's rehearsal dinner and it's going to be Italian food. I'm sure I'll be able to figure out something...I don't think I'll be tempted to cheat AT ALL. It's more of an annoyance of having to pick through things and figure it all out. (but it certainly is worth it)
The scale just isn't kind to me. No movement this week at all. I've got to do something different (like EXERCISE!), as I am starting to get a little pissy about it. I know, I know...exercise is crucial. I've got to make that commitment to myself. No excuses; just do it, right?

I don't really have any major plans for the weekend so that should make for a very successful Atkins weekend! I would like to get out and walk a bit if the weather is nice.
I am so motivated right now it is great! I can't imagine why I ever stopped this way of eating! I think I will exercise today. That is something that is really lacking in my plans lately. I think I will look for a challenge I can do. Any suggestions? I have a stationary bike I like to use so I think I might start with that.
