    Happy Monday STACers,

    I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I started my exercise program yesterday; I chose to go with the elliptical because my dh was hogging the tv all day watching football. Imagine that!

    Today I'm going to focus on drinking more water; I do struggle with that on the weekends a bit, so today it's 'Katie bar the door!'. I'm going to try to walk 2 miles at work as well (we have a walking track in the bldg); it will depend on my meeting schedule.

    The Asian pork recipe from Linda's Low Carb was excellent, btw. Try it if you get the urge!

      Good Morning all!

      Planning is good Sandy!

      Can you believe it is the end of October already?? Holidays abound..just around the corner. The neighborhood we live in consist of about 200 houses..We block off entrance to all public traffic and throw a large block party for the neighborhood children...we let them trick or treat in the neighborhood...Loads of fun..everyone gets their four wheelers out and pulls there trailers loaded down with kids. The Grandkids came over and joined in the fun...Just a good ole Family Night..It was wonderful. Now we just have to get thru Halloween Night....open to the Public! Should be more fun!

        Hi everyone!

        Well, I started Induction yesterday, after putting on 40 lbs and months of neglect... ugh. But I'm actually noticing something very weird, after almost a day of restarting, I feel great. I mean, no induction flu or anything, feeling very satisfied and not deprived. It seems really easy this time around so far.

        I'm so proud of myself. I got a yearly gym membership yesterday and I have an appointment for an hour-long personal training session. I'm really going to do it this time.

          Good Morning everyone! It's gonna be a quick hello today as I have to get my son Michael off to an early dental appointment. I had a good weekend and Looking forward to a wonderful week! It's getting very very cold here in Vermont frost almost every morning ........... winter's on it's way for sure! Can you believe Just 7 weeks till Christmas!

            Good Morning!
            Well I had a great and tempting weekend but I did not cave! Unfortunately all my efforts were not rewarded on the scale. I am going up and down between 2 pounds. It is a bit frustrating seeing that but I am going to move up to rung 1 and try some new veggies. Hopefully that will kick start something again.

              Oh Boy...Christmas is just around the corner! Felt it this morning on my way to the gym...nearly froze my tushie off! (hee hee...if only it was that easy!).Back on induction this morning! Have a legal one everybody!

                Is it monday already where does the weekend go? Well today is my weigh and measure day. I lost 1/2 pound this week and I lost 1 inch from my waist. That puts me only 1 pound from my goal weight. The biggest thing I am so happy with is you can really see my stomach starting to deflate woohoo. I have really been working hard on my abs and glutes this month. My goal is to see a big improvement in thoese 2 place by 12/15 when my hubby and I take after pictures. Well I better hit the treadmill this morning before I lose the motivation to do so.

                  Good morning...i'm in maintenance and i'm so happy to have the burden of the last few pounds off...i currently weigh 144.7, so i dropped 2 pounds since i claimed goal....now i plan to hold this and get in shape and tone up, which may result in a different weight, but i'm going to hold steady at 90 carbs a day and see what happens, i may have to up my carbs if the weight loss continues. I'm doing pilates for strenghening.

                    Good Morning STACers !


                    Welp, I am up to 201lbs *sigh* (not marking it on my sig.. I refuse to go back above 200.. lol) no idea what is going on but will tough it out and see what happens in the next few days. TOM is due next week .. So I dont think it's that. Going to try for extra water today. 32ozs down already.

                    Set a goal of getting to the gym 4 times this week ( I can only get in 35 mins but can make it count) and Pilates on Wed and Sundays. Saturdays are Off off off ...

                    LC - 1 lb to Go !!!! Sooo Sooo Close !

                    Gue Shhhhh!!! I am SO Not ready for Christmas!

                    Sandy - not to worry you know what to do to get back on track .. and it seems like you are already there.

                      Time to refocus. Things went out of control again last week... I managed to get two days in at the gym, but my schedule was eratic. Missed work due to taking care of things for Mom. Diet went out the window. Took Mom shopping and we ended up at A&W (her choice and I am not about to argue). Anyway...time to refocus.

                        Well, it's back to work for us today -teachers report back today, kids show up tomorrow. I'm dying to see my fellow staff members and find out how we all survived the fires.

                        On the other hand, I'm not actually dying to get back to work. I've become a couch potato and lethargy has assumed control of my body. YIKES! Well, if I can't exercise yet, then I should definately get back to work! Can't have this!

                          morning yall!

                          just had time to make a big omelette with 2 eggs, 2 pieces canadian bacon, and some shredded cheddar jack...yum! now i am stuffed and trying to fit into a fitted shirt and skirt for work...

                          plan to swim for 30 minutes after work before my date! looking forward to the swimming. it tires me out yet doesn't feel like 'exercise'. i can really calm and clear my mind.

                            Good morning everyone!

                            Well I'm up. Fires are already going in the house to warm it up and I'm sitting down doing the kids school work plan for the week and drinking a cup of coffee.

                            Scale didn't move and I'm a little bummed so I'll have to watch a little closer (maybe I missed something?) Carbs are below 20 a day and water intake is 120+ so we'll see.
