Happy Monday STACers,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I started my exercise program yesterday; I chose to go with the elliptical because my dh was hogging the tv all day watching football. Imagine that!
Today I'm going to focus on drinking more water; I do struggle with that on the weekends a bit, so today it's 'Katie bar the door!'. I'm going to try to walk 2 miles at work as well (we have a walking track in the bldg); it will depend on my meeting schedule.
The Asian pork recipe from Linda's Low Carb was excellent, btw. Try it if you get the urge!

Felt it this morning on my way to the gym...nearly froze my tushie off! (hee hee...if only it was that easy!).Back on induction this morning! Have a legal one everybody!
