    Good Morning Everyone!
    Going to water aerobics today. scale holding steady, up 2 lbs again today...
    Went to dinner with the in laws last night, and did really well until the fortune cookies came... I'm smacking myself after 3 cheat free days!
    Started cleaning out my closet and filled a large shopping bag full of rejects to take to the Assistance league.

        Happy Monday STAC'ers,

        I didn't have the best weekend either. I am still working to have a clean re induction for 3 days after my trip. This week will be even tougher. I basically have 3 food shows this week and 1 next week. I think it will be easier to be clean/cheat free after the shows are finished. So I will accept that I will be as good as I can be, drink lots of water and eat induction friendly as much as I can.

        I did work out Friday, Saturday I did deep house cleaning, yesterday the gym was closed for a Holloween party. I will go today.

        I keep weighing my self and I haven't gained- the scale is still hanging around 205 ish.

        My first goal is so close that I can taste it. 6 more pounds and I am getting a tatoo for my 40th birthday.

          Happy Monday!!

          Man this weekend was crazy, went to a Halloween party Friday and went to some bars Saturday night, definitely got a good workout Saturday (wore 6" heels for costume) walked around downtown all night, my feet hurt sooo bad today, I havent felt my toes in 3 days lol didnt have a cheat free weekend though, so I'm restarting today and gonna try my hardest to make goal on Wednesday, just 2lbs! Hopefully I can make it..man this year is going by too fast, i cant believe I'm gonna be 21 in 3 months it's crazy.

              I got up early this morning ( for me) and cleaned up the house from yesterdays dinner. We had company and they ate an Atkins meal with us. Then ran out and picked squash for the local food bank. I am donating all the delicious winter squash I planted. We sold many bushels along with the pumpkins but there is probably another 6-8 bushel still in the field. I figured I would donate them all so they don't go to waste. I also donate extra eggs from my 56 hens . It is nice to help others have good food to eat. It is a bit sad to see the end of our garden but now I can start planning for next year. We picked over 100 bushels of cucumbers this season.

                Seriously! I do!

                Especially today - boy, was I glad to be able to sit and rest aching muscles after stacking wood yesterday. ouch!

                Pains meds are working nicely. Got to get up and move already now that I'm HOME! WORKY WORK!! BUSY BEE!!! And it's nice outside for Wisconsin weather at the end of October. Think I'll go for a bike ride... And then go fishing!
