Well, I'm back, hopefully for good. My first time here was a little short lived! I need all the help I can get. I officially re-started today. So any advice/encouragement is so much appreciated!!

Welcome back! You're certainly in the right place for encouragement and motivation. I might suggest that you read some of the 'stickies' here and all over the board. There's some very enlightening information.

Another suggestion might be to look at Linda's Low Carb Recipes. I've found that to be very helpful in 'mixing things up' so you don't get bored. They are even marked 'induction friendly' when appropriate. Here's the link:
