    Good morning STACers,

    I hope everyone had a happy and successful weekend. I had a little bit of a stumble yesterday; I ate a teaspoon of peanut butter! It sounded so good and I just DIDN'T resist. After I chucked it down, I realized how sweet it was and was instantly disgusted with myself. No more of that! I learned my lesson.

    It's supposed to get cold tonight and stay that way for a few days (months?..lol), so I guess I better start wearing a coat to work. I'm very anti-coat...I'm usually the last one to put one on and the first to take it off in the spring.

    Can you believe Thanksgiving is only a little over 2 weeks away? Aaargh!

    Good Morning Stacers!!

    I woke up this AM bursting with energy & really looking forward to the day! I normally hate Mondays. It is day 5 of reinduction & my mind is clear & I'm hopeful. Hopeful of no more slips as they just aren't worth it. Hopeful that the lessons I learned from my slip will stay in the forefront of my mind. Hopeful that the next time temptation crosses my path I will strike it down by remembering how great I feel with this WOL.

      Good Morning everyone Today is my official weigh and measure day. Drum roll please I am now at my goal of weight of 125 woohoo. This sure is a nice place to be. Not only have I lost the last few pounds but the best news is my body fat has dropped from 25.5% when I joined here down to 21.3% today and my lean weight has increased by 2.5 pounds while my fat weight has dropped by 6.1 pounds. I know all these exercise challanges I have joined here have been a huge part of helping me make that improvement in my body fat levels. You know what I am most proud of is the example I am setting for my grand children. All of thier parents are over weight but when they come here they love to work out with me on all my equiptment. Not only do they love working out here they are always asking for me for bottles of water which I usally send home with them. They love to try new foods I am always trying to come up with. It's hard for me to look at my 3 children and see them struggling with weight at thier age. They were always so active and thin as children. I can't help but think if they are already between 25 and 50 pounds over weight in thier 20's and early 30's what is it going to be like when they are my age. I hope the example I am setting will make a difference and my grand children will make better life style choices then thier parents are.

        Glenda, it seems your body really thrives on Atkins. I cling to this knowledge! My body also thrives on Atkins. I feel so alive and up and focused....Being on Atkins is such a positive thing! It feels sooooo good!

            Good Morning... I did NOT have a successful weekend and I was looking forward to today where I can get myself back on track. I have all day to focus on me. I am one of those that looks forward to Monday's cause its usually my down day. I am home alone all day getting things caught up.

              Good morning all!

              Well I had a good weekend. No Cheats but even with that I am up 3 pounds from yesterday. I am not letting this get me down cause I think my TOM is coming in a couple days and I didn't get in as much water as I usually do. So I think those two things might be the reason for the scale going up a bit. ( which is a bummer cause it was just getting to it's lowest point.) Oh well... I am geared up today to have a great atkins day. I can't wait to do my yoga DVD again and I have plenty of energy to do all the chores that need to get done.

                Normal weekend. Treadmill for 45 mins this morning. This is my third week, I'm not going to add carbs, but I'm going to try different vegs.

                  Good morning.

                  Angel, I'm so proud and happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  I am still going thru the dolldrums - about 3 weeks so far of not a lot of energy, not a lot of pep, no weight change, no inches change. Not a big appetite, no cravings whatsoever. No temptations. Just........plodding along.

                  The way I see it for myself, this is a whole lot better than being constantly tempted to eat something forbidden, or having a difficult time regulating my food. But it's not nearly as good as that smooth ride we all have a lot of the time, where the weight comes off, albeit slowly, we have a ton of energy, and we feel like we look good.

                  Ah, well.

                  This, too, shall pass.

                  I do love you guys, no matter whether I'm losing and peppy, or hovering and sorta punky.

                    HUGE CONGRATS on reaching your goal weight! What a great feeling!!

                    I woke up this morning feeling like *rap! Throat hurts and my body aches. So I had to take Dayquil which is just nasty in itself. It happens like clock work with the changing of the seasons.

                    Funny thing is that I couldn't even log in here until I was able to change my signature with doing push-ups and crunches. I felt so quilty not doing at least some of them before I logged on!

                    Lost 1 more lb off the scale this morning and I'll take it..... need the mini-woosh week. I think my body was taking a few inches off here and there and no weight change for awhile. So I am happy to see the scale move since I am not taking measurements.

                      Morning all. I just got the kids out to school and already got in my morning exercise. I'm going to do my yoga in a little bit.

                      I have a full day ahead of me and the great vibe in here is only getting me more revved up to go get everything done!!!

                        Glad to see everyone in such good spirits and positive frames of mind today!!

                        Stay on track and we'll all be seeing our goal weights as well!

                        The scale has been brutle with me (down to 198 yesterday .. up to 199.8 today) .. but I'm not worried.. just going to keep doing what I have been doing for another week then I'll reevaluate.

                          Me again.. I had to come back on and post... I haven't been good since Wednesday and am working on getting back on track.. So I was digging through my closet and tried on a different pair of Capris then in my siggy..and they FIT...even better then the ones in my picture.. Of course the weather is getting cooler..but I dont' care.. I am wearing these things today! Size 22/24's My too big ones are 26/28's!

                              Good Morning everyone. I stepped on the scale to see a +3 gain. UGH. I'm dissapointed but I will continue on. I decided to switch from reg coffee to decaf. I'm hoping this will help. Have a wonderful week!
