    I've aquired two good habits of late...using Fitday (PC version...which I love) and using my new Bowflex. Using it three times a week for 40 minutes is tough but I believe it is helping my weight loss so much. Afterwards I am sweating like I went running!

      just got home from work, still just doing half days until i am one hundred percent recovered.
      going out to dinner tonight, tho, with current beau...he has been really good to me while i have been sick!! bonus points that he brought ONE girly movie and one boy movie over the other night...
