Good morning STACers...Happy Thursday. I've gotten up and come looking for my little "bites of motivation" and I found one flow out of me in responce to a PM, so I copy and paste it here....it's really what I want. It's really what I focus on, now that I am at a healthy weight and have a healthy lifestyle.
I am constantly reflecting on "anyone can change, for a little while...but can I sustain the change, and manage the change and KEEP THE CHANGE"...
I love the little slogan, "KEEP THE CHANGE"...
How do we do that?
Routines, planning, focus and committment. Finding the way that works and sticking to it!
Can YOU KEEP THE CHANGE you have established in your life, or are you slipping back to old habits and ways.
GOOD HABITS are hard to establish and sometimes HARD to keep, some people create too big a habit, others barely get enough habit going to change results. Finding the best thing to do to bring the changes you want into your life, is key.
STOP the SLIP before it gets you is another thing....Sometimes we slip up and eat, sometimes we let exercise slip throug our fingers, we're too tired. Knowing yourself and what is likely to happen if you...
