    Hi, all
    I am also starting a new , Been a few years since being on atkins but realy let myself go last year from stress of a car accdent that almost took one of my boys.
    So hope to begain a new year of better health. Would like some online friends to keep up with and help each other.
    Start Weigh 275 Goal 200 +-

        I can't count how many times I've tried to start but I am in with you all. I m going to start on Jan 1 so cheers to a New Year and a New Beginning.
