    I agree Jess - this is important... I was thinking of the scale and a "quick fix" to get it moving again - not the true WOE that this is and I believe that during this time of year we will see a lot of people just starting losing a lot of pounds which is awesome - but it's the WOE that will make the permanent change in our bodies and lives.

      Dana you've said it very very well. It's about a lifestyle. For years I put the focus on diet and weightloss, when the real focus needs to be on my behavior with food and exercise, and creating a sustainable way of living.....No burnout, just living consistently because we are not trying to run a marathon every day, but be active with a walk or a jog 5 days a week....I am extreme, I always have been but that leads me to burn out...
      Burn out is not part of my goals, my goal is to be here and thriving...You noticed I don't mention a WEIGHT, but a PLACE....
      Here: Consistent, active, sustaining and keeping the change!
