    My favorite induction meal is a burger (prepared yourself from lean ground beef) with melted cheese served on a bed of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, with 0 carb mustard and mayo YUMMMMMY!!

    I would actually buy 1lb of burger at the beginning on the week and pre-cook several patties so for lunch I just needed to reheat it really quick and melt the cheese.

      Joy, as thinsoon recommended go to the 14 day induction forum, find the acceptable food list, and I recommend you print it out. I believe there is still a printable wallet sized version on there. Use it as your shopping list, and to check whenever you see a recipe. Linda's site is also awesom as mentioned too (she marks her induction friendly recipes with a *).       my family loves it as well. I have mine over chopped cauliflower, they have theirs served over ww pasta, but it's great on it's own too. it's also a great cook ahead meal, i think it actually tastes better the next day!

          I do this too, but find that I'll eat my burger pattie for breakfast. It's a yummy alternative to eggs

          One of my family's favourite meals is Chicken Alfredo - I chop and fry up a little bacon and onions (not lots), add chicken breasts and Italian seasonings and then brown. I cover the chicken with a store-bought jar of sauce (check the label for the carb count!). Simmer for about 1/2 hour, or until the chicken is done (don't over cook). I have a piece of chicken and pour the sauce over steamed brocolli... delish! My family will have their sauce over fetticini noodles.

          All this talk of yummy food...!
