    Good Morning, just checking in and getting the roll call thread going. I feel great this morning, very energized, must be ketosis trying to kick in. Well I just wanted to say hi and see how everyone else is doing?

    I'm in ketosis too!! I just checked this morning!! Hooray!!

    And, one of my girls called in sick with mono which means I have 2 houses to clean today all by myself which means if I want to get my son on time from daycare, I'm gonna get about 6 hrs of heavy cardio today

    And, I love it.

    LOL - I should be nervous, but I'm looking forward to throwing on my iPod and doing the da*n thing - more money for me

      Morning all! I woke up early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. So, instead of just laying there, I got up and did Turbo Jam this morning! I am proud of myself for using my time wisely - and for ME!

      We had a couple of nice days here and I was able to get several hours of raking in after work. But today it's supposed to rain, so will have to put that off another day or two.

        Good morning everyone. You all sound so energized today! I'm kinda dragging. Trying to psych myself up for work. Definitely looking forward to the weekend! Down half a pound, so that's a good start. Have a great day everyone.

          I was up and out the door running in the misty rain....how delightful, with this warm snap we are in....then took the dogs walking....back to the books and studying.

            Good Morning,

            We are up early here since DH has a photo shoot in Vegas. Decafe coffee is perking and I am getting ready for the day. Hopefully it will be a lot less hectic than yesterday.

            I am still on plan and heading into day 11 of induction. It feels great!

              Good morning!

              I am packing an atkins friendly lunch for today........and my gym clothes, hoping I will get out of work at a decent hour so I can stop at the gym at the way home. I have never made myself go early in the morning..........maybe I should force myself to do that. I am still in induction, havent bought ketone strips, so I am not sure if I am in Ketosis. Haven't lost any weight, but my clothes do fit better and I feel more energy.

                Hello, greetings and salutations...hope everyone is doing fine on this lovely morning. I finally crawled out of my slump and actually put some make up on today. I have a terriable cold and well I thought if I dressed up I might feel better.

                I started re reading the atkins book. I need some sort of support. I thought if I re read the book it might spark something for me. I cant seem to stop binging at night. I do good all day long and then at six o'clock I just keep shoving it in.

                Maybe it is just that tom thing...my scale is not moving up or anything. My energy is okay...but the cold is hindering alot.

                I bought a gym membership to the Y. Now I just have to get there... two kids and a not so helpful husband does not help a lot. My kids want to go swimming on Friday, but the cold could put a damper on that. Raquet ball??? Thanks for listening to me babble.

                    Good morning, STACer's! Today is a happy day. I'm eating well, getting up and moving and being active and losing weight. 177 lbs this morning.

                    Do you all know what chicharrones are (or pork scratchings, cracklings, etc) ? It is the fresh fat and skin of pork, deep fried until it's cooked all the way through. Oh my oh my, how decadent. It's like eating that soft part of the bacon that just melts in your mouth. Only, this is FRESH and has no nitrates or sugar or anything...I had a big piece last night. It was soooo yummy. Very different than the pork rinds you buy in the bags in the grocery.

                      Weigh day. 10 pounds down. That's pretty normal for me during induction, I'm sure all the exercise is helping as well. Hope everybody is having a wonderful day. Joy, those look delicious...nice one, have to check it out later.

                        Hi all! Well I made it through yesterday and drank a ton of water...(160 oz) I feel great moving into today! I plan on hitting the tredmil and having a legal day!

                          I weighed myself this morning Up to like 173. It's awful. Yesterday i was 172 and the day before 171. I am hoping this is just a fluke and that things will get going in the right direction soon. I walked yesterday at lunch and had a legal day. Not feeling any skinnier and i think at this point i really need that feeling soon. Ok that is all for now.

                            HI all!

                            Super grumpy this morning.... Weighed in at 116 - that's 2.5 up from my low - how sad. I've been taking a diuretic to try and get rid of some of this flipping water weight - so far - nothing... I know TOM is on it's way, my clothes still fit, I'm still exercising like mad and I'm NOT going to go off plan. I might need to take a closer look at my menu and see if I can eat cleaner - although the only thing I can think might be a staller or a problem would be the sugar free torani syrup I throw in my coffee each morn - it's never given me a problem before, so why now? Should I go back to induction? Should I cut out my nuts? (I only eat a quarter cup of walnuts a day - never, ever more than that) Any advice would really be appreciated.

                            In some positive news, I took a class last night called BOOT CAMP and man! Did that one rock my world! It was intense, hard and fantastic

                            Taking the children of the corn to Chuck E Cheese today - after nappytime, we're heading to the gym for some running - I'm going to attempt to run for 35min (I run at 30, right now) I did schedule my seaweed body wrap for Sunday - super excited about that!

                              Morning, all.

                              Well, I'm the same weight as yesterday, which is good considering the weird weight GAIN I've been having since I went back on induction. (Colleenie, hang in there. Same to you, Spirit. I know what it's like.)

                              Yesterday we had a great session at the gym doing chest and shoulders, and I can really feel it today. I am going to TRY to go for a run this morning, and meet HopeJoy in the evening for coffee followed by water aerobics at our gym. My body is REALLY tired, and the trainer says it's because we've been doing all of this new and really hard stuff with weights, so I may just rest this morning, we'll see.
