    Yes, Jrney, after a carbo blowout and restart in induction, I always feel sooooo lethargic. Don't worry too much about exercise right now. Get the eating and the planning down and maybe do some easy things like parking farther away in the parking lot and sitting on the ball while watching tv. Then, maybe the next week you can add weights while sitting on the ball and watching tv and maybe planning on walking for a solid 10 minutes.

      I probably sleep the whole first 5 days through! haha. so sleepy. but when that energy kicks in boy do you know it!

        Hi Joy, that's a good idea, and then when i hopefully get the energy boost i know is coming and i don't feel so non-energized lol, i can get back to doing an hour on the devil machine (eliptical) and MAYBE actually get moving before 630 am, so i can get to the gym in the morning. So this week i will concentrate on the plan and then reincorporate exercise as a non-negotiable next week or this weekend if the energy boosts sooner.

        Thanks for the tips. I am going to hold my friend to his bday present to me (making sure i get out and walk during lunch with him lol)... its so nice to have a present that one can pick up anytime!!

        That's a thought to some people who have kids who want to get you something awesome for your bday, bugging you to exercise or (coupons) type thing where older ones will watch younger ones while you go exercise or such idea.

          I like that part, very pretty. Very true for me. The reason I've made it these past three months is I've not lost sight of her, she and I are going to become one. And maybe it has something to do with being more honest with myself. I wonder if I've lied to myself in the past... I'll have to think about this now. I love thinking about this kind of stuff.

          And that part about ordering food so as not to take time away from my video games, that part's true for me too. Or at least it was. Now I cook lots of food on the weekend and just pop it in the microwave lol.

            Okay so this weekend, i feel i stayed pretty much on plan, i did however, decide i liked the diet A&W rootbeer WAYYYY to much! And had a couple rootbeer floats, but according to the scale i am paying for it. UGH, so my first thing to do when i get home is POUR IT OUT! I have realized i am glutinous with regard to stuff i like and i am not controlled and disciplined enough to only eat what i am allowed (i.e., 3 sugars which means if i have diet soda its 1 sugar per 8 oz). So no more until i find myself capable of portion control.

            I am also still sucking on the exercising, i keep saying, i just don't feel like it, i am tired, I will go tomorrow. GOD i suck, i wish i had someoen with a whip to get it cracking!

            So those are my honesties from this weekend!

              Okay how's this for "something telling me NO NO NO when i said okay i will just finish this instead of dumping it down the drain. I made another float, instead of dumping it like i said i would. I took a sip and set it down on this oversided plastic cutting board i have while i cut up tomatoes for my dinner. I went to pull the cutting thing towards the end so i could slide the tomatoes in the mixture and what happens, SPLASH!!! my glass overturned and my "float" went spilling ALLL over lol. I wonder if "something" was watching over me lol and decided NO ol you were gonna throgh that away!

              grins, i had use the last of the rootbeer lol so i can't make another even if i wanted too!

              Am i hearing ghost music lol
