    Ok, digging deep this morning, "why am I here?" "What do I want to accomplish today?"

    I've been eating all over the place, up and down, all legal, but without structure again. Emotional eating...I've also been exercising less and less as of late!
    The great thing is, I know this and I am facing it, and getting myself together.
    I am bout to hop on the bike while the puppy is asleep.
    Getting myself structured because I start work tomorrow morning and will be out the door by 7:45. I actually thrive with under the load of work...I thrive with all the activity...and I get more accomplished and work harder.

    Good Morning Everyone!!! I too have been eating all ovet the place for the last couple of days, mainly because of my planning or lack thereof. Also i bought some pepperoni and i need to throw the rest of it away since it seems i just dont know when to stop eating it. Well in my challenge im in im excited to say 1st week of induction i lost 13lbs which i know mostly is water weight but i was super bloated so im happy to lose that. WEll everyone i hope your day today is a great one!!!

      Morning everyone!!

      I've spent the weekend thinking about what I like about me. Sure, I don't have the perfect body (yet) that I can maintain eating whatever I want (never), but I like me. If I have to accept this one bad thing in exchange for getting to be me, I'm good with that.

      I'm having the same problem Jess, I haven't been working out as much. And your right, only thing to do is face the problem and just do it.

      Congrads to lose 13 lisadallasr!! I remember the first two weeks of induction, that was soooo much fun.

          I'm here! Gotta plan menu for the week and hit the store. Planning really helps me stay on tract. My mind does not wander to what else is in the cabinets. I see what I'm supposed to be eating on the paper and go by that. I just have to make it today LOL

          Monday means back to work and a routine of water on my desk. That's food and water, check.

          Now the exercise. I need to buckle down on that. Seriously! Mat, pilates DVD all there.. just gotta do it.

            HI Everyone.. I am here after being away most of the weekend... After my stressful week last week with my kids and there health.. I was looking forward to a not stress week this week..

            Well that is NOT happening.. On Friday my daughter got a text message that was being forwarded around about a threat of a school shooting on Wednesday.. So we emailed the 3 principals and called one of them friday evening.. Well one has responded this morning...and said that the kid is expelled.. And the Main principal made an announcement today that if anyone was personally threatened to let them know.. So in the meantime Brittany just texted me and said they were on lock down with extra security..

            This is so nerve wracking.. Cause you just NEVER know if its going to be your school.... God I wish she would come back home and be homeschooled again... I don't know how she is concentrating and learning right now...

            So...I am not on track right now

              Good morning everyone. I'm proud of myself, as I did REALLY REALLY well staying on plan this weekend. There were a couple times I was tempted, but I did NOT give in and I ate lots of fatty meats (ribs..mmmmm! Steak...mmmmm!) and I was rewarded for it on the scale. 176.4 lbs this morning. Hoo-Rah!

              I have successfully avoided: dairy, nuts, processed foods for over a week and I feel great! I have been eating fresh/frozen vegetables and fresh meats.

                Morning everyone! I spent yesterday in bed with something wrong with my stomach. Felt like bad heartburn pretty much all day.... so far I'm a little better today - but scared to eat much. Probably ate something bad and I have no clue what it would have been since I made all my own meals.

                So I'm still at 153... and have a really busy week planned and can't afford to be sick and down anymore than I was yesterday. My husband took off work yesterday and today to help me out but still I don't like being bored

                  morning yall!! like jess, i too have been eating in a very unstructured manner, but keeping to legal foods. unfortunately, the games this weekend had me consuming some very NON legal beers, wine, and tequila! when i drink i refuse to eat for fear of burning that alcohol and not that food, so fortunately, i am still just below my ticker wt and will get back on track this week eating right and drinking WATER.

                    Morning everyone!

                    trying to get back on track today with both food and exercise. Since there's no snow or ice here right now I really should get on track with my running..i may start today.

                    Definately going to start the weights today and have joined the Baby Steps Exercise Challenge that Sarah has started.

                        Mornin!

                        Today is spin class - looking forward to some sweat Weighed in at 114 and feel pretty good, other than the fact that my 2 year old kept me up for most of the night (he has a cold..) Tonight, it's high school orientation for my 13 year old - I'm so not old enough to have a high schooler

                          Good morning everyone! Just checking in this morning. I have got to make up a menu for this week and go shopping today. It would make life so much easier. So that's my goal for today, to make up a menu, shop, and get some exercise in. We are having my grandson's 1st birthday party here tonight. I've been trying to decide on some type of legal dessert I can have instead of cake. I won't give in to the Sugar Monster!

                            Okay, so I'm fairly new to the STACers area.. How do I join a roll call? Is it literally just a "good morning, whose here?" thing and all I do is post or am I missing some neat official-ness-ness (yes I apparently like to create illogical words) of it?
