    Sandy: Yikes that had to be terrifying. I can't even begin to think the thoughts that must have ran through your mind! My heart is with you!

    So, my mother and my wife reconciled this weekend, (after 5 - 6 years) it was a 100% successful reunion! Woo Hoo! I've been working on that one for months now. They all had vegetarian lasagne, it looked and smelled soooo good, but I did not give in to temptation! You know the whole works, garlic bread, dessert, yada yada, I was really good!!

    I was hoping to be rewarded with at least a pound or today, (weigh day) alas, it was not meant to be. Haha.

    Keep drinking that water folks, life is good, success to everyone!

        Good Morning Just checking in, snowing like crazy here today so we're housebound. I have plenty of laundry and cleaning/organizing to do so I'll be up and down the stairs here a million times today. Haven't been very hungry the last couple of days, making myself eat a small amount here and there. Not much else going on here.

          Good Morning All

          I am jazzed to be here this morning because I am 2 more pounds down this morning and have met my first goal! I have never done a clean induction before so this is major for me. I think the fact that this was a new years resolution for me is what kept me on track and now I want to stay on track because it feels so good!!!

          That is very scary about your daughter. It is when I hear stories like yours that I am glad I homeschool now. The school my daughter was in shared a campus with a school of kids who are basically little criminals. They would throw junk over the fence at our kids, sneak on to the campus and start fights etc. the list goes on. Please be real careful, even though they expelled the kid it doesn't mean that they can't come back on campus and do things. It happened at my daughters school. The kid got expelled for having a knife but he showed up on campus two days later to come after some kids he had been fighting with.

            Good Morning and welcome Mrs. Brittany,
            Sandy, that sounds scary! We had a lock down once at the middle school due to a shoot out with police and bandits on the run... quite scary! Noone was hurt and fortunately I heard about it after the fact! Scarey!
            Well, I'm just glad the work weekend is over and I have 2 days off. Tonight's challenge will be to get through the football banquet without a mishap. Should at least have chicken and salad that's legal. Will take a snack in the purse and eat a bit before hand just in case. Had a good week this week. Down 5.9 lbs for the week over all. Induction rocks! Hope it continues like this... I'm going for another week of induction and then going to work the rungs.

            Up early because I have to go get dd from the airport.

              Good Monday Morning, Everyone

              I always like Mondays, because they bring structure to my life... I love my "rut".

              Having to lay off jumping rope and power walking for a while because of my knee, but I have plenty that I can do... pilates and some floor work, for sure! So, that will be my goal today for exercise. Food is going very well.

                Hey all!

                I'm not glad it's Monday, I wanted to sleep in this morning!

                Things are going well since I cut back and dropped down a few rungs a couple of weeks ago. I feel leaner and my tummy looks a lot thinner and smoother. I think this lower carb/higher calorie thing is really working for me!

                I am still sore from Saturday, I taught a killer Pump It Up class--we did a circuit training class and it was tough. Hopefully I'll be loosened up enough for Boot Camp tonight!

                  wow what a busy day today on roll call! 3 pages allready and it's just 11:00! Everyone sounds like they are on track for a successful week! Welcome abord Mrs. Brittany! Jump on in feet first! I had a good week last week diet wise And was rewarded with a 3.5 lb loss this past week which felt wonderful! I am going to pray for that trend to continue and hope I don't get stuck again anytime soon!

                        Good morning all, and welcome Mrs. Brittany. I'm a bit sore this morning from doing the slim in 6 workout. I forgot how mean Debbie is My butt & thighs are weaker than I thought. This is my last official day of induction, but I am planning to go on extended Induction for at least another 6 weeks. Want to make sure I can get this bod in last year's bathing suit, so I can wear it on our cruise March 1. Have a great Monday everyone!

                          Jess- Good Post Topic. I have been having that problem pretty much since Christmas.... Abusing legal foods is a hard pattern to break. I keep trying and I know I will get it right eventually as long as I do not give up.

                          I am going to check out this baby steps challenge. I am having a procedure Friday and I will be on very restricted excerize for the next 3-4 weeks if not longer.

                          I somehow managed to loose again this morning. I am down to # 202 again- another 3# and I will be back to my first goal.

                          I have a hectic week and I am worried. I will be having dinner out with a Regional manager tonight, Tuesday night, and Wednesday night..... I loaded myself up with Atkins shakes again (good emergency food) and I plan on having a shake before dinner and trying to eat light.

                          Good job to all of you who are still here and putting in the effort it will pay off.

                            Morning, all!

                            Mrs.Britt: The way to join roll call is simple. There are actually TWO ways. The first way, and the one I recommend, is to send me $5,000 cash, and I will then allow you to post in the roll call thread. The second way is to just post in the roll call thread, but it won't be NEARLY as fun for me.

                            AlaskaGirl: Good luck on your procedure. I've been thinking of you and your back and been kinda bummed out for you. You're going to get through this!

                            Yesterday was a lovely day. I worked on my abs, even though it was a rest day for me, and I got some more cleaning and organizing done. I also read a couple of books and watched the Chargers win the football game, not that I give a hoot about football, but dd was getting so excited I had to see what was up. Later I went grocery shopping and stocked up on food for everyone, including me.

                            This morning I got up with dh, who is back at his school (I teach at a year-round school so I'm still off) and made lunches, then went back to bed until 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow! I think it's because I was up late watching "Commanche Moon", though I fell asleep 1/2 hour last night before it was over.

                            I'm just having a quick cup of coffee before I go for a run. It's a gorgeous day outside and I'm going to go 2 miles, whether I have to walk part of the way or not. Speaking of which, anyone know why it is that it's so hard for me to get back up to 2 miles? Is it the fact that I'm doing all that weight training and my body is tired, or what?

                                I am not really looking forward to work this week...been hard coming back from 2 weeks off for the holidays! But I am going to enjoy my newly cleaned apartment . I'm back to strength training today, which will probably be a killer since I've only done cardio since last Thursday (eep!). Have a great Monday everyone!
