    I have a dog and a cat who are both very well behaved. Whenever I go out of town I just have someone come over and take care of them. Pets prefer to be in an area that they are comfortable with and the closest you can keep them in routine the better. They are gonna miss you and would like to have your scent around them as much as possible. Animals are so sweet

    Sandy I am so sorry to hear about the car accident! How scary for you and your family! I'm very glad to hear though that everyone is ok. I do also agree with evermind. We cant always control what happens to us but we can control what we do to ourselves.

    I've already done my workout today! I bought a new excercise video at the dollar store of all places and it was really really excellent. 50 mins that had cardio and strength training. The only thing I didn't like was between each segment it would cut to a doctor talking about excercise. It's like hello thats what I'm trying to do right now would you be quiet please? Annoying but tolerable. I want to get the other ones that I saw.

          Love all the pet pics! Thanks everyone!

          Today's going good and NO DIET MT DEWS!!! I did buy some fruity flavored diet rites in case I have the urge-they will be here and I won't run and get Diet Dew! I've been cutting down a little at a time and think I can do it now. I've almost gotten my water minimum in and Horseradish Hamburger Pie in the oven! Having that and green beans for supper-ummm!

Right now we are having a VERY hard financial time...I haven't been to the grocery store in a few weeks..so we are very low on food.. I know I could be doing better with what I have been eating.. TOM is here right now so its hard to get myself back in gear

                  Good evening all.

                  Sandy - I think Evermind has it right. Even if you can't eat on plan (I totally get the financial thing), try not to over do it and make sure you exercise.

                  Evermind - You are such a fabulous cheerleader. I'd like a set of pom poms too please.

                  HopeJoy - Congrats on the new decade.

                  I love seeing all of the pictures of everyone's pets. Hubby wants to get a lab puppy but I am hoping to convince him to do a rescue of "teenager" that is already house broken and through the worst of the chewing phase.

                  I am on plan - had chicken salad and side salad for lunch and Mock-Cauli Fried Rice for dinner. I love that. If you haven't tried it, you need to.

                      Checking in - even though it's the end of the day.....

                      Weighed in at 113 today - Ran 3.31 miles yesterday and today had Spin. I was called out of it 5 min before it ended, kiddie #3 had a rash on his trunk.
                      My tailbone is SO SORE! I would have thought my hiney & parts would have gotten used to the seat (or lack thereof) Ouch my butt!
                      Tomorrow is lunch with a pal I used to work with (small chef salad, no egg with ranch - yippee) and running followed by yoga. I ran 45min yesterday, I'm going to push it to 50+ and see how far I get. I would really like to make it to 4, we'll see!

                        Checking in here myself, end of the work day.
