    TGIF!

    Jen, love your cabin. While the snow is beautiful, I'd have to say I'd be much happier in summertime. Florida girl, here! LOL

    I was up a pound this morning from yesterday...but I'm feeling SOOOOOOOOOO skinny today. Not sure what the difference is. Not sure why I'm up either. I did have avocado and 1/2 a guava last night. That might be it, but I dunno.

    I'm eager to exercise but trying to not do anything so that I'm ready to do the half marathon on Sunday. I have some anxiety, but I'll get over it.

    Everyone stick to your plan today, don't dishonor yourself by eating something counterproductive to your goals!

      Just checking in today. I have been slipping on that, and when I start slipping on making an appearance here I usually start cheating, which leads to falling off the wagon for several months. I'm doing good so far though. I've only lost 8.2 lbs since Jan 2nd, so not as much as I'd like. But I guess that's better than gaining 8.2 lbs, which I probably would have done had I not started back on this WOE. DH is really sticking to plan this time around. He is usually the one telling me to go ahead and cheat, I can always start again tomorrow. Not this time though. Every time I mention eating something illegal he says no, and suggests something legal instead. I still need to get in more water every day and up the exercise. I'll be so glad when spring is here and we can get outside more. Anyway, hope everyone has a great cheat-free weekend!

        I'm very ready for the weekend here. Seeing my doctor for the first time today (I used to just wait for trips home to LA and see my old doctors there!) so hopefully she's a good one. Still hovering around my starting weight, so I'm cutting out the 1 oz of cream I've been having. Hopefully that's all that's been holding me back, and the evil scale will start cooperating with me

            Well, good news here. My Physical Therapy apt yesterday seems to be helping. He only gave me two things to dothis week but it seems to be key to my headache/neck pain... and that is to pull my chin in 15 times ever 2 hours ( that seems to be key to relieving the nerve pain...) and then sitting with a roll on my low back. Other than that he said I can do everything else just maintain alignment of my chin and keep it tucked. My sternocledomastoids are sore today from the exercise but I'm sure they'll get stronger over time and I'm hoping that this nightmare of a head ache will go away! Apparently I stick my neck out and that causes bad posture compounded with the arthritis/3car accidents... ANYWAYS... I have hope of getting over this neck pain. I slept a little better last night too.

            Work was good last night. This morning I'm up 2 lbs, but I'm on like day 16 of antibiotics trying to get over this ear infection... and the yeasty beasies are starting to win again in the belly... so I took a colon cleanser... I really don't feel like eating anything, but I think I'll make some eggs in a bit.

            I am going to take a walk in a bit and then get ready for work again. I'm working 4 in a row. Luckily my freezer is well stocked!

              Good afternoon everyone! Just finally getting a chance to check in and say Hello! It sounds like everyone is doing great! I had a slip up on Monday I don't really know why or what even started it but all of the sudden I was a vaccume for anything and everything I shouldn't have ........ It was like someone threw a switch on me and all my self control went poof! I felt like crap afterwards and then went right bck on track. Soooooooo not worth it and like I said I don't even have an explanation or excuse it just was crazy. I think some other person posessed me for a few hours! Anyways I am rightback on track and loving my new FRIM fitness regimen I am doing with my friend Jessica. We are doing it every day together and it's a heck of a work out for sure! If this doesn't show me some inches lost then nothing will! We'll see the weigh in and measure in for the Love handles challenge isn't far off!

              Glenda I hope your day gets better!

                Sheepie - This one actually came with them. I was pleasantly surprised because I was thinking we would have to have them installed. I'm glad they helped your Mom, too! Thank you for the thought!

                  Had a nice omelette with hot sauce and cheese, this morning. Not sure what to do for lunch, as it's usually a salad with chicken but I'd like something different today..

                      Afternoon!

                      Had a couple of busy days. Camden, my middle son, turned 4 yersterday - we are having his B-day party tomorrow. Kids being sick, tennant problems, teenage angst - my house has been so very fun
                      Went to BOSU conditioning class today - felt really great. Yesterday, I ran for a bit, did 2 miles on the elliptical and swam for a while - then sat in the spa & steam room for a loooooooooooooong time - was fab.
                      Weighed in at 114 this morn - why am I up? Whatever, it's always up,down, up, down... Might as well get used to it. As soon as I lose a lb, I'm back up the next day- blah....
                      Tonight is moms night out. My girlfriends and I are going to get mani's & pedi's and go for some coffee - looking forward to it

                        hello all! Just checking in before I go to sleep. It's been a long night for me. There was a store meeting at work today - it was a kick off meeting to discuss goals and sales and blah blah blah. They were offering refreshments. I get there and its donuts, muffins, bagels, and fruit. Yuck. Well not so yuck with the fruit but I cant have them yet. I was very disappointed. Oh well.

                        On the plus side today is pay day and I get to go to a party with my bf tomorrow night
