ok, I'm back!
I've been really working hard for the last month to lose weight on my own. I've been eating healthy and hitting the gym at least 4 times a week. Saturday, I attended my first cycling class which still has my butt sore! Eventhough it's been a month of journalling my eating and working out more that I ever have in my life, I have not dropped a pound!
So tomorrow I starting induction. I want to try it for 2 weeks and see if it makes a difference in my progress. I will post my measurement first thing. I'm here because I need encouragement. I love this bulletin and am hoping to find the motivation to let go of sugar from here
