    ok, I'm back!

    I've been really working hard for the last month to lose weight on my own. I've been eating healthy and hitting the gym at least 4 times a week. Saturday, I attended my first cycling class which still has my butt sore! Eventhough it's been a month of journalling my eating and working out more that I ever have in my life, I have not dropped a pound!
    So tomorrow I starting induction. I want to try it for 2 weeks and see if it makes a difference in my progress. I will post my measurement first thing. I'm here because I need encouragement. I love this bulletin and am hoping to find the motivation to let go of sugar from here

    My MINI Goal










    My Goal is to weigh 125 lbs! 20 lbs to Go
    Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today.
    SW-January 9/08-156lbs
    Started Induction-January 28/08 @ 150lbs ***Ended Induction @ 147lbs. A 3lb lost!
    Next measurement :dancing1 March 7 :dancing1

    Welcome!

    It's my belief that Atkins is the easiest and healthiest ways to lose weight. We are here to support you and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

    If you haven't already please read Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition. It's the most important tool you can have and its the key to success

        You've definitely found the right place to get motivation and encouragement. Don't forget to take your measurements so after the two weeks you'll be able to see your body shrinking. Don't put as much emphasis on the weight as the inches. The inches are what people will see. You will get a burst in energy as well as meet and make friends with the greatest people who will always be here to support you as you meet your goal. Make a committment to yourself to do this for a month. Do it right and exercise and drink lots of water. You can do it, we are all here to cheer you on and give you lots of encouragement. Do it, don't let any excuses take away your dream of losing weight and getting healthy. Welcome to the board. Get active and post often. Join challenges, journal and make lots of friends.

            Today marks 3 whole days of induction! I can't belive I'm doing it! I'm just not thinking about it. I'm planning my meals and sticking to the plan. I feel quite proud of myself and I am determined to see how much I will lose by doing induction cheat free!

              Grats Flab to go! You have made it through the hardest part (in my opinion) and now you'll just start to feel better and better.

                Good luck to you...I'm in the same boat sort of, I'm a newbie here but not to Atkins...I eat healthy..work out at least 4-5 days a week and not 1 pound lost!! I was told I wasn't eating enough for all the the working out I'm doing. Started at fitday.com this week it's free. I'm listing everthing I eat plus writing in there online journal.I still haven't gotten past 1300 calories but I'm trying.I so want to see results for all the hard work.So good luck to you maybe your calories are also to low like mine!

                    Keep up the good work! Have you checked out ifit.com? I don't know if you work out at home but there are some great tips and even free workout videos on this site. Check it out! Hey are goals are similiar we should PM to keep ourselves motivated!

                      Thanks Flab to go...I'll check that site out...It gets tough... I beat myself up over it..I'm not seeing a difference but I never really measured looks the same to me though and everything still fits the same...UGH!! it gets depressing...

                        OMG! I am feeling the exact same tonight! I looked in the mirror today and I am not seeing a difference. I know it's supposed to take awhile but I feel like it's a hopeless case at times...
