      Morning!

      I got up late - at 6 a.m (!!!!!!!!!!!!) and made dd's lunch, then went back to bed for 2 hours of lovely sleep. DH and I are taking today off (shhhhh don't tell! We're not really sick) and so far, it's glorious!

      Last night at the gym I started to feel really awful and only made it thru 10 min of cardio (after weights and abs) before I decided to quit. Sure enough, I have a bladder infection, so today it's "go to the lab and pee in a cup" day. Does anyone else think that the availability of those tablets that turn your pee orange but make you stop hurting are proof that God exists? <grin>

      We have just a bunch of things that have to be done only on a weekday, so that's what's happening with the rest of our day. And then tonight, marathon tv news watching.

        Hello All,

        I'm doing ok today but I am a little discouraged. Last night I was very hungry because I had a long day and I wanted to stop and get something quick on my way to a class I'm taking. So I stopped in at McDonald's, I didn't have time to sit down and I walk everywhere I go so I couldn't eat something that required a fork like a salad or even taking the bread off a hamburger. I just find it really difficult to walk quickly and try to take bites of food with a fork. So after looking and failing to find any nutrition information I just ordered chicken nuggets. I knew they weren't the best but I thought they were the best thing that I could eat on the move. I checked today online and 28 grams of carbs!!!! I had no idea!!!! Sigh. I'm unhappy about it but I'm just making sure the next bite of food in my mouth is healthy and on plan. I know I should have had food of my own ready instead of stopping at McDonald's, I just ran out of time that morning.

        Hope everyone is having a good super Tuesday! I'm really interested to see how it turns out!

          I remember eating chicken nuggets when I was in college. I used to painstakingly peel the skin off of every single one. XD It was pretty funny, at the end of it all I had this big pile of fried chicken nugget skins. ..which my boyfriend ate.

          I also used to eat double cheeseburgers without the buns. ..which my boyfriend also ate.

          I lost weight, he gained it.

              Good Morning!
              I got up early to clean before the housekeeper got here...(ya know pick up things.... organize) she got here at 7a! 2 of them and my house is turning spotless! I think I love those girls... Something I decided to start doing for myself since the headaches started... good decision so far. Stress level already going down and gettin alot of organizing done. House entirely too big for me to clean and work too.

              Anyways, yesterday after PT, I went to JC Penny's and bought myself bras that fit and have wider straps so they don't put so much pressure on one spot. I think they might be helping!!! Also found a tendon in the front of my neck sticking out that is sort of spazing out and when I press on it everything that hurts hurts more so maybe that's the problem Nelly... so I've been massaging that sucker and that's been helping... Dancing was fun last night too. Anyways, feeling really productive, but had a moment and thought.... gee I should check in. Doing good. back to 169.9 this am! (rolling eyes at the .9.... at least I'm in the 160's ha! even if just barely....) being very strict again with food and eating regularly. Have a tendency lately to forget to eat and go to long and then eat the wrong thing or too much.... any one relate?

              I had to smile at you Party trouble saying you were in love... (yesterday) I'm so happy for you that you didn't let a good one get away... you deserve a good guy!!!! that's so great! yeah! for love!

                Hey everyone!!

                plsmachic that is the cutest puppy ever!

                Feeling good today although a little crampy but oh well. Got to sleep in which I always enjoy.

                Last night I had so much fun with my man. We went out and had fancy coffee (I had a fancy decaf green tea) then we went over to this pool hall to look at new pool sticks. We found one that he wants to get for me for valentines day <3 We then went to a music store and bought a bunch of records! I had such a good time with him

                Today after I get off my lazy bum I'm gonna put on one of our new records and start cleaning house. Thats gonna be my excercise for today. I think its a good plan lol

                  The server was too busy earlier.. this place is hopping! I"m here. At a legal treat and I think it knocked me out of ketosis. So I trashed it and immediately started down water and eating veggies! I want no ill effects from this and don't want a downward spiral. That was the reason I fell off last time; too many treats and not enough good food. I've been an analyzing fool all day looking at the whys, changes to make, and move forwards. I think I'm good to go!
