    Butter, mayonnaise, and olive oil are basically pure fats, as well as "animal fats" like eating the skin on your chicken, ground beef, prime rib, etc. Good fat sources which contain carbs are aged cheese, eggs, and if you're on the appropriate rung, nuts and fresh dairy.

    Just remember that fat is a calorie-dense food, meaning a little goes a long way. Often just a single pat of butter or spoonful of olive oil will "balance" ratios and increase fat.
