Butter, mayonnaise, and olive oil are basically pure fats, as well as "animal fats" like eating the skin on your chicken, ground beef, prime rib, etc. Good fat sources which contain carbs are aged cheese, eggs, and if you're on the appropriate rung, nuts and fresh dairy.
