I've read some interesting things as using this as a supplement. Does anyone else use this? How much are you taking? Is it a waste?
I bought some today and ate about a teaspoon of it. Although it was tasteless, the smell was divine and I think I liked it. It just melted in my mouth.
I was hoping it would straighten out the plumbing
, since nothing else I have tried is working in that dept.

It is the only oil that does not become trans fat when heated, so it is much healthier for the body and aids in weight loss. Olive oil even becomes trans fat when heated so I've read it is best cold as a salad dressing and coconut oil is better for cooking. I also love the smell of it. I used to add a little of it to my morning smoothies (before I was on Atkins.)
