      Good Morning!
      Well, I ate some chocolate yesterday at work, my first cheat in 6 weeks as it had (gasp) sugar in it... right away I started getting a migrain. Well, fortunately we had a quiet night due to the fact that it was valentines Day.... ha! But, I am actually happy to know that chocolate is a trigger. I've been having a little square of sugar free chocolate every night and coincidentally getting head aches every night as well. SO! I'm actually very happy to see that connection. Had I not cheated I might not have made it. I have given up everything else ( coffee, splenda,sugar, white flour, sugar) Anyways, back on track of course right away, that was my only cheat. (the chocolate) And I really learned a lesson from it!

      I slept really well last night. I am thrilled to wake up to sunshine this morning after all that rain yesterday! It's a gorgeous day! Have a great day everyone! Working again this evening. Get Saturday off and have to work Sun 4 hours. grrr... as a favor to my boss.

        Well my new scale is in - and I am thrilled to say I think my old scale was off by at least 2 lbs as I am weighing in at 149 in late afternoon with clothing on and my other scale says 152 and 153. So that makes me happy at least that it shows a consistant different number (old one fluctuates constantly).

        Finished baking for the day Happy that is over with and I'm not stressed which is an added bonus. Made more than enough in my opinion. Now have to go and gather eggs and get them washed and packaged up for tomorrow. Hoping for a good day as the money would be really helpful right now.

        I'm feeling better than I did this morning which is a lot easier on everyone in the family as sometimes my TOM can be brutal to everyone around me. But it worked out ok so far.

        Have a great 3-day weekend if you have President's Day off!!

          hi yall,
          late check in....sorry to hear so many are under the weather!! had a great valentines, did have a bite of BF's linguini with lobster sauce and 2 glasses wine, but still down a pound today. had a busy day, hiking up in the mountains tomorrow so off to bed early!!
