    Hi Glenda

    I have just started induction today and am feeling positive. I am going to do a strict induction for a month and hope to feel a whole lot better about my body when we go on holiday next month.

      Good morning! I'm down a pound! Yea! But I woke up to snow. Boo!

      My belly dance instructor is having some family issues and has suspended classes for a few weeks, so I haven't started yet. Someone told me about some different belly dance classes a few towns over, so I'm considering that for the time being. I'm down over 60lbs since the last time I took classes, but for some reason, I'm not feeling any thinner. Maybe once I start.

      Happy Wednesday everyone, snow or not. Ozlover, it's summer, isn't it? I'm jealous!!

        Good morning!

        Well! After a two month plus stall, and then the loss of 15 inches but not really pounds, I suddenly made my second mini goal this morning! 195!!!!! Yippeee! It's about time!

        I've been feeling good regardless of what the scale says. Noticing that after major workouts, I'm not sore and stiff. Noticing that although being in ketosis for this long means that my appetite varies instead of being low low low, I still only want to eat acceptable foods, and I still never really seem to want to eat more than I should. Noticing that moods that used to make me want to eat no longer do so. Noticing that my body generally feels healthy all over. Skin is clear, for the most part, hair shiny and thick (despite massive hair loss as usual after losing the first 35 lbs!) and digestive system excellent.

        Once we get in the groove, we're fine. It's getting there that's difficult. It's resisting those initial temptations, several months along, to "just this once" deviate from the plan. It's getting into the habit of having only acceptable food available so that when we think "ah, hunger!" we have what we can eat readily at hand.

        Well, I feel blessed today. Not because of what the scale says. Because of what I've been aware of for several days.

            Good morning everyone!

            We ordered in breakfast at work today. I had the meat lovers omelet from Coney Island and is was delish!

            My husband and I are going to see Bon Jovi tonight...cant wait!!!

            Still haven't gone to the gym, I wanted to go yesterday, but after I got home from my daughter's game at 5:30, I had to cook dinner, clean up, laundry, give baby a bath, etc., I was too tired, I crashed before 10pm... *Can't I count all the sweating I do when cleaning and giving the baby a bath?* LOL

            Tonight is the concert...tomorrow I WILL go.

              I made it down to 145 this morning! YEAH!!! That's exciting to me.

              Way to go Ever on making 195!! Glad to see after all the stalls and some frustrations you are moving on down

              I have my pilates class in a little bit and I'm excited about it. Ordered more protein powder and added a new flavor, Mango Peach! I can't wait to try it out - I am looking for something a little fruity without the carbs

              Busy day today - farmer's market meeting, kids coming over to watch for a couple of hours and my husband has to take the kids to 4-H. Whew..... at some point I need to hit the bank and need to do chores!

                everyone else, good morning!!! sounds like everyone is positive and ready to be on track today. bon jovi?? jealous!!!!!

                i am off to go for a quick run and then to the outlets for some work clothes, lord knows i need them. then meeting BF for lunch, a nice treat since we never see each other during the work day.

                am getting close to my goal and considering lowering it further, depending on if i can actually lose more!! i can hardly believe i am almost in the 140's...haven't been since i was a kid!!

                  Evermind, oh, I remember that feeling you described so well -- THAT is the feeling of peace with food that I am desperate to get back.

                  Rachel, I love bunko! Congratulations on passing up those tempting treats that always accompany...

                  Zara, good luck with day one. I'm on day 2.

                  I'm feeling good today -- well, actually, I still feel crappy (I have a sinus infection), but food wise, I don't have much of an appetite. Not the best way to lose weight, but maybe it will help me get these initial cravings under control.

                    Did my workout first thing in the AM, now I'm going to forget about it. I always dread it in the mornings. I hurry up and press play as fast as I can without allowing myself to think or I'll never do it. The good thing is working out is becoming a habit for me. Its gotten a little bit easier. I had my child support hearing yesterday evening and it turned out well! I can breathe now that its over with. Have an awesome day everyone!

                      Congrats on the lbs lost guys!

                      Still 4lbs up from low - Convinced it's candida. Waiting for TOM to come so I can be totally sure it's not all water retention. My fingers are so flipping large right now...

                        Feeling great today, I'm being really strict with myself again after cheating last week...I was so mad at myself and too embarassed to post about it but now I am feeling reinvigorated.

                        I got a new haircut yesterday and today I am at work wearing a dress I bought 1.5 years ago but haven't been able to wear until now. It feels like a new me, outside and in!

                          Good Morning all. It's a beautifully sunny morning, just got out of the shower, and I'm ready to go. I haven't lost any weight the last 10 days, doing all the right things, working out everyday. It's a bit frustrating,but the inches are coming off, so I'm sure the lbs. will follow. I'm trying to be patient, but am a little anxious. Have a great day everyone.

                            Today is good, better than yesterday. I drank almost 2 gallons of water yesterday and must have peed away 812 pounds. I feel pretty lean this morning. Luckily my killer cravings have subsided and I'm feeling pretty strong again.

                            Tonight I have a 6 mile run on the treadmill. Yucko about the treadmill, I wish I could run it outside, but it's COLLLLLLD and icy!
