    Mornin all. Well i cheated yesterday. i have been having a pretty rough time warding off some depression due to life changes mostly dealing with work but some family crap too. Back on plan today but frustrated. Happy to hear about losses for those of you who are.

      Afternoon folks! Today is good. I'm still awaiting my supplements (darn you 8-10 business days) so I can start my yeastie-detox next week. What are all the no no foods again? No vinegar (hence no mayo), no cheese... *brain fart* I need to do some digging!

        Good afternoon ladies.... better late than never. Just finishing up my lunch and thought I'd check in for some inspiration. Day two in... this time around and I think I miss the coffee more than anything. Funny thing about the coffee is I was never a habit coffee drinker till about 7 months into this WOE the first time. I discovered Splenda and heavy cream made coffee tasted like candy. I was over confident after losing 60 pounds and I thought I could handle it without cravings. And I did for a while but drinking coffee every morning was my turning point from losing to maintaining to all out gaining. Happy mid week to you all!

        413 squats so far this month!

              Good afternoon all!
              I'm a little late on roll call. This has been the first day in 2 months that I haven't had a class, workshop, rehearsal or show so I slept in! Woke up and had a couple glasses of water and made tuna patties for brunch. Mmm, forgot how yummy those were! Took out some chicken breasts to thaw for dinner, gonna make a chicken brocolli stir fry. And hubby's coming home early so we can rearrange the room and make it "TREADMILL FRIENDLY".
              I am back!

                (((Susan))) You're only human. The important thing is you got right back to this healthy WOE the very next day!!! Don't do what I did and fall off for 3 months. Drink lots of water today, meditate, and smile at yourself in the mirror. Things will get better.

                  Britt, I love your "realization pic" I think I'm gonna make one right now on photo shop for myself! Good motivation. And re: Julia's shoes, you're talking about the peep toe red ones right? Love those too!

                    Hi guys! This morning the internet was off here on both computers... I nearly had a meltdown... whatever did I do without you guys? Anyways, I went to Spanish and was very sarcastic to the teacher when she went off about this being '1st year stuff' and I pointed out this was a first year class so that's why we're trying to learn it... stupid %^&$# she acts like we should just know the basics and she shouldn't actually have to teach it. Anyways, had a really good day, I'm feeling better which is why I'm more of a trouble maker I guess. 3 days with out splenda and the headache is subsiding... down to a dullness now... I can't wait til it's gone. I went to the health food store and hung out there for 2 hours! It was fun. Had a spinach quiche for lunch and salad there. yum! Now I'm making dinner.

                    I have to say that the probiotic I got is called Bio-K. It's the equivelent of eating 100 containors of yogurt... very scientifically formulated and used in some hospitals in canada. It's amazing stuff! I am feeling so much better because of it. You take one containor of it a day for each day you were on antibiotics. Excellent! 50 billion bacteria... Apparently if you get too many they compete and start killing each other off so this is formulated with two types that work together. anyways, it's a beautiful thing... my tummy is very very happy these days. just thought you'd like to know. Bio K is the name and I got it at Jimbos... for $48.00 / case of 15. worth every penny.
