    Good morning. You're all up early today. Bad planning on my part means that I'll be going to a grocery store salad bar for lunch today. Not bad, just annoying.

    Did you see the eclipse last night? Very cool. Won't happen again until 2010. I will have been at my goal weight for about a year by then!!

      Rainy and cloudy day here in So Cal. I like it though, we need the rain. I have an exam today that I'm studying for, had my flaxmeal cereal, got the family off to work and school, and I'm ready to hit the books for a while before school.

      I haven't lost this week. Didn't really expect to as I don't have much to lose I'm just feeling better and yet to exercise since back on induction. If I feel this good tomorrow I'll run in the morning, maybe power walk tonight??

        g' morning!
        yuck! another rainy day here! What's up with that?

        I bought some yummy spiced orange tea and having that with cream right now. Tastes great!

        I want to suggest to you Adena that you get yourself a good probiotic to start replacing those good bacteria now while you're on the antiobiotics. I was on 3 different antiobiotics over the last 1 1/2 months. Now I'm taking something called Bio K that has the equivelent of 100 containors of yogurts worth of good bacteria. It will totally help restore balance to your GI system even while your on the antibiotics. I feel so much better having started them. I'm on day 5 and I lost a little wt now too. 168.5 this morning and that with eating more than usual...
        (trying to get my energy level up too.) anyways, it's a suggestion... I'm totally amazed by that stuff... it's great!

        Anyways, I'm hoping too that my headaches are on the way out too. I'm feeling pretty good having purged my life of all the triggers I can think of for migraines... I'm feeling better today.

          I mentioned earlier that I haven't lost weight this week, BUT I just measured and I have lost an inch off my waist!! YIPPEE

            It's gonna be a good day for me....negative thoughts and insecurities are not welcome in my head today!

            Adena--That light-headedness can be a combination of induction flu and not eating enough...I've had that happen before when I forget to eat for an extended period of time. Hope you feel better soon

            Duchess--GRATS on the loss!

            Lots of SoCal members nowadays--be careful in the rain today!

                I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaaaackkkkkkk... as of this morning...Missed being here...got busy, too busy with a job that ended up firing me...how ironic! Anyways, I am back on the bandwagon (unfortunately with a couple of extra pounds ) But I will get them off again...and go all the way this time...Have a great day all!

                    Good afternoon Stacers!

                    Day 2 of re-in for me and things are going well. Still collecting recipes and such because today is grocery day. I did very good yesterday with what I had in fridge and freezer. But I know it will be a lot easier shopping for legal foods, menues and batch cooking. Gonna hit the treadmill at 3pm today before ds comes home. Hope everyone is having a great day!!!!

                      Sheepie, YES we did! Dh, ds and I stepped out on our balcony and the moon was hanging right above the NBC/Universal Bldg, with the big mountain in the backdrop, very dramatic. I am ruled by the moon so I hope that starting back on the WOE with a total lunar eclipse means I am gonna have a total body makeover! LOL!

                        Dark and cloudy where I'm at in SoCal but didn't feel any drops, 'course I haven't left the house left. LOL!

                        Going to Le Targete to pick up a stock pot and a good cutting knife for my batch cooking this weekend, then grocery store later so I'm sure that's when it'll rain! LOL! Thank goodness I got Teddy The Treadmill to walk on later! I think my body might rebel with exercise but once I get into the swing of things, it responds well! LOL!

                            I thought it was going to rain here but just cloudy so far. We shall see.
