    Hi all...
    Friday... just like any day for me as i have to work the weekend again... ugh! starting to really hate that place! no breaks for 10 hrs straight... racing all day long... coming home exhausted to do it again the next day. I really hope it's a nice weekend... I am getting off early sat night to go to a dance show my dd is in... so that'll be good.

    Yesterday I bought 3 new pants on 60% off clearance in size 10!!! It was so fun! All three for $37.00 at Stein Mart! Now my pant's will stay up!

    okay, off to Physical Therapy for my neck... the last one. And after that I scheduled a massage for an hour. So excited! Tonight we're having dinner with mil/fil at a chinese restaurant. I always get the same thing that doesn't stall me... soup and chicken chow mein... no rice/noodles. At least I don't have to cook.

      Well, I'm getting ready for a 2 hour con call...

      Another great day...can't wait for Spring Break next week (from school) I will get to the gym!!!

        Good morning ladies and gents!

        Day 4, yesterday it hit me like a ton of bricks...the sweet taste in my mouth and the energy surge. I wish I could bottle that feeling and save it for when I talk myself into falling off the wagon.

        TGIF- but my challenge this weekend will be to convince the husband I'm serious. I haven't exactly told him I'm going back to this woe yet. Weekends around here turn into tequella shots and pizza more often then not so wish me luck to stay strong, crunch on celery sticks and do all the "cheers!" with my water bottle. Bless his heart, he just wants us to have fun together. Have a great weekend!

          Oops -- gotta get used to checking in here first thing.

          Colleen, sorry you're feeling down today. From what I've heard (especially recently), yeast can definately make you gain from day to day (bloating), depending on what you eat. Hang in there -- as Evermind said earlier, you KNOW you haven't had enough extra calories to be up 5 pounds, so clearly something else is going on. Hang on through TOM and see how you're feeling... keep fighting the good fight.

          Liz, yay for size 10 pants -- and 3 pairs for $37!

          And compliments from two old beaus and a size 6 skirt, Betsy? I think STAC is definitely agreeing with you.

          Thanks for the input on the dizziness yesterday. Seems to be better today -- just a slight headache, and still sniffly and coughing like crazy. But at least I'm not worried about keeling over. My appetite is back. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing... lol. But, I'm making good choices and feeling good. I'm working from home today, so am finding myself grazing more than usual. But, am trying to only eat to satisfy hunger. Which thanks to ketosis, isn't all that demanding!

            Hi Everyone

            I am on day 3 and really enjoying the food. I had a delicious lunch today - pepper with cheese, jalepenos and bacon - yum! I am going to make tuna and pak choi for dinner shortly.

            I'm still feeling ill with a hacking cough but hope to be up to start exercising next week.

                A very late check in here. I'm sorry I haven't read all the posts here today. Work was just horrendous today. A coworker/client made my work life miserable today. My boss offered to get me brownies and I was so good and I refused. Great, right? Nope. I gave in to emotional eating anyway. I bought sugarfree chocolate and over-indulged. I guess I'm one of the "lucky" ones who don't need to count the carbs, iykwim. The unbelievable abdominal cramps have stopped and I'm not running to the bathroom every few minutes anymore, so I think I'm good to go to bed. TMI, huh? Sorry.

                  Just finished my workout, long day today TGIF! Busy weekend ahead. Packing to be done for our cruise, we leave on Wednesday, I can hardly wait. Tried on the 2 cocktail dresses I bought after New Years, one is 1 size smaller, the other is 2 sizes smaller. DH says both look great on, so I'm a happy camper. Even the 1 size smaller bathing suit I bought fits! I'm excited about that, as I have not been losing any weight for the last 3 weeks, just seem to go up and down the same 3 lbs. Have a good weekend all!
