    Good morning girls! Day three on plan and feeling strong!

    Zara, Happy Birthday to YOU!!! Congrats on the smaller size.

    Brighterdaysahead, I hope you went back to bed to get some rest. My body is still recovering from my England trip and I hope to be on a more normal sleeping schedule soon. In the meantime, laundry and chores are getting done at 2:30 a.m. My kids think I've totally lost it!

    Partytrouble, oooo I love mani's! That will be my reward when my clothes start to get looser. When I drop a full size I'll throw in a pedi too Enjoy.

    Evermind! w00h00 on loose jeans. That's just the best ever!

    to everyone else! I want to catch up with you all but have my first conference call in five minutes.

        Pretty low key day today. Did some major shopping yesterday, which was fantastic. Retail therapy always warms the soul

            Ughghg.. Mondays.. I'm still 125, but that's okay. Only 10lbs 'till my goal weight. Feeling good, have some spinach for lunch and a shake in case I get hungry, but I doubt I will. Should be a good day except that it's MONDAY...

                  Good Morning Everyone... Well today at work I told them I am only going to work 3 days a week.. I am a sub bus aide.. 5 days a week is too much... Hubby doesn't want me to do it all but I still need the extra money...but my health is important too...

                  So this week I am off on Wednesday and Friday... So it made Monday pretty easy today

                  Still haven't made it to the grocery store to get the things I need to get started.. maybe tomorrow we have to pay the balance of the lawyer for my son (court tomorrow) and there maybe a court fee so want to make sure we have the money first

                  But I am getting in that mode to get back on track..weather is suppose to be near 70's this week and that means its almost Capri weather and that means I need to get more weight off to get into all those Capris I already have in my closet

                    Good Morning everyone! It's been a few days since I've checked in but I lost 2lbs this weekend and am soo happy cause I havent weighed 145 in over 2 years!! I love waking up and seeing results on the scale, it definitely makes my day! I feel like I'm so close to my goal now, I hope the rest comes off quick and I dont stall, I'm afraid if I stall I'll lose hope and quit again. But right now I know I can do this!

                      Sounds like everyone's on track for a great atkins day!
                      I'm on my way to the chiropractor's and then grocery shopping... then home to study some more. I have a two day class starting tomorrow for my PALS cert. Always makes me nervous. In 25 years I've yet to fail, but I'm always a wreck right before... you'd think I'd relax about it a little...

                              Can't weigh myself because of the challenge so I'm excited to weigh next week and see the outcome... hopefully noticeable. I made it to the gym 6 days last week and lost 5 pounds yay!!! I tell you, adding a workout everyday really moves things along! I'm going to try to make it 6 days again this week. I need to just keep repeating "I am worth it, it's only 45 minutes a day, everyone else (the dogs, the cats, the kids, the groceries, the cooking, the cleaning, the husband........) can wait until I am done taking care of me"
