    Good morning all

    I hope you are sleeping well Party!

    I am happy as have reached my mini goal of 210 (50 to go ) Next goal Onederland!

    I am going to see my parents today who have just returned from a cruise and a quick visit to Miami. They will probably be really jet-lagged but will be pleased to see us.

    All fine food-wise. Day 14 of induction and NO cheats.

      I am so proud of you! You inspire me! I did my one cheat when I had my vodka and diet 7ups so I'm going to extend my induction and will weigh in on Monday morning. BUT YOU SO ROCK!!!!

          Technically, it IS Wednesday here in LA. It's 12:35am. So I guess I'm gonna do my roll call now since I'll probably sleep in tomorrow and then errands, some laundry/housework and working out on the treadmill, so I probably won't be on the boards until later in the evening. I can't believe it's already Wednesday! Wow this week is just Z I P P I N G---by! Stress is creeping into my life right now but I won't let it deter me and my healthy WOE! I feel healthier than I did two weeks ago and a shirt I wore two weeks ago which clung to my body is now hanging from it! Can't weigh myself yet cuz of the no weigh challenge but I don't mind, I feel things must be working! LOL! Have a great low carb day everyone!

            Zarabelle, Congrats and I know how you feel because....I just met my first mini goal, too!! I'M IN ONDERLAND!! YAY!!! Less than 50 lbs left to lose now...still a lot but much less than when I started! Hope everyone has a good day today and feels as good as I do!

                  Morning everyone!

                  Zara you are going strong!!!

                  I'm up - about to go and ty once again to milk the goats. Weather stinks - but I don't think it's too bad - just windy and I hate wind.

                  Time to grab something to drink and then head out.

                  I have my pilates class today and I am happy about that (though working with these goats is more than a workout - LOL)

                    Good Morning and Happy Hump Day... I made it through Day one yesterday.. My tummy already feels less bloated We had MAJOR storms last night.. So my daughter slept in bed with me.. We were under a Tornado Watch too.. So I got up last night to go potty and came back to bed and my daughter jumped up and grabbed my arm and started Hollering...The House The House its moving....lol

                    I slept until 5:30 this morning..that was so nice.. I normally get up at 4 for work.. Makes me wonder if I even want to go back to work.....hmmmm thinking..lol

                    My son was suppose to go to court today to get his truck back..they had it impounded for almost 3 months.. He was charged with Hunting at night but he didn't do it..it was his friend that was with him. Well we got a call yesterday that his lawyer was really sick and would not be there and they knew it and we have to show up anyway to get it postponed.. So what that means is....we won't get the truck back today.. GRRR it could be another month and that won't make CJ very happy... I am praying that the lawyer feels better this morning and comes anyway...

                    Oh down 2lbs this morning I usually always do that when I first get back on track..and then I get to my lowest and and I end up not doing what I am suppose to.. This time I am going to work hard on keeping on...

                      Good Morning Everyone. This is a very upbeat thread today! Today is day 3 of reinduction!! Still going strong, taking vitamins, using Gazelle everyday..(even if it is only for 10 mins.) Hope everyone has a great day!!

                        Morning! Great to see all of these successes! What a lovely thing to wake up to!

                        As for me, I'm still UP - 198.5 today, from my low of 195. What does this mean? Absolutely NOTHING. I wore size 12 jeans yesterday. HAH! Is it water? beats me. Is it fat? NO. I wore a size large shirt yesterday. And my bra is getting small around the middle (cup size still ok! woo hoo!).

                        So what does this mean? It means that I am down to a size 12 pants and can wear a regular large shirt. That's what it means. From a snug size 18 in July with a 3x shirt. THAT is what being up 3.5 lbs means at MY house! <grin>

                        Today I am determined to get to the gym - really missed yesterday, and man was it a long day! for a good legs and cardio workout. I still can't do upper body weight training because of the stitches in my hand, but that can start again this weekend. In the meantime, I've increased cardio time and it feels really good.

                        AP, congrats on your success as well as Zarabelle's! You guys are doing great. Keep it up!

                        Jess - I miss your longer posts with great pep talks. They helped us as much as they helped you -bring them back!

                          good morning friends! i just have a second and wish i could address ALL these GREAT and POSITIVE good morning posts!!! i just wanna say that ALL of you inspire me every day. i get my morning motivation and inspiration from all of you. what a bunch of winners.

                          i am feeling good today. not getting on the scale til saturday (you know it is killing me!) but i have been working out hard and even if the scale does not move, my body is starting to feel again like my own and not some alien being that got stolen by the carb monsters...feeling in control and that i a good thing

                            Today is day FIVE for me and still going strong. Another couple weeks and I will be in my groove and unstoppable!

                            Induction flu has passed and I woke up today with the sun shining and ENERGY!

                              Morning all! Did shoulders and arms workout, plus ab ribberX this morning. I'm glad this is the last week in phase 1. I'm so ready for rest week! Then on to phase two! I'm also down a pound again. Hopefully it'll stay there and I can count it as a loss, grrr...The thighs are looking thinner and I can def see a change in my stomach so I'm not too irritated with the scales right now. I had better run and get started on my day. There must be a zillion things on my to-do list. Will check in later! Have a wonderful day all!!

                              Just wondering, does anyone else leave ADBB up on their computer all day long for quick, easy access throughout the day??
