It's just gone 9am and I am up, both daugters eating breakfast and beef bourguignon already in the crockpot.
I feel like I have a brick in my tummy so had some flax last night and flax oil this morning. It's because I cut down on veggies to be super low carb to allow for my three glasses of wine for my birthday celebration on Friday. Am gulping the water too.
I looked through all the before and after pics today. What an inspiration! I think I may take mine once a month instead of every 10 pounds as it is clear that the inchese drop off when the weight doesn't always.
Hoping for a quiet day today. Our house is on the market so we may get a call asking for people to view but if not I think a walk in the woods and a quiet day is in order!

They looked so much smaller and TONED!
I lost some of my thunder thighs! All my life I've had horrible short, fat, stocky legs. Its a genetic thing. All the women in my family have ugly little fat legs and we're all short - around 5'2. I thought I was doomed to suffer that for life, but maybe theres hope now! For the first time I actually thought that my legs didn't look so bad. Summer shorts, here I come!!
